Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and other analytical tools.

• Promptly confirm the status of chargeback claims and advise within the stipulated timeline.
• Track and monitor payment and inventory for all products and services.
• Timely resolution of all escalations from customers relating to issues of failed transactions, wrong payments, unsuccessful transaction etc.
• To handle, prepare, and provide proactive and qualitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of the business.
