    IT Officer

    Our client, an insurance brokerage firm is seeking to urgently hire an IT officer in Lagos.

    Job functions:

    • Develop and maintain local networks
    • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
    • Assist in and plan training, development and education for new software and hardware
    • Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes 
    • Maintain hardware and software inventory
    • Maintain expenses
    • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
    • Maintain internet security and data privacy principle
    • Email and Website Management – To continually liaise with IT consultant and Domain Hosting Firm.
    • Manages Social Media Account, Digital Marketing & Networking with Business Development unit
    • Initiate and develop business relationships with organizations and individuals.
    • Expected to perform Business development roles in terms of introducing new businesses to the company
    • May be required to represent the CEO or Head of Unit at any official functions linked to his role
    • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the CEO or other Head of Units

    Requirements

    Experience, Qualification and Required Skills:

    • Previous working experience as IT Technician for at least 3years
    • Degree in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant field
    • Problem solver and attention to details
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
    • Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks
    • In depth knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
    • Graphics Design and Website Management
    • Digital Marketing & Networking
    • Certification as IT Technician will be a big plus

    Salary: N170,000 – N185,000 Monthly Gross

    Account Officer

    Our client, an insurance brokerage firm is seeking to urgently hire an account officer in Lagos.

    Job functions:

    • Prepare invoices and payment vouchers.
    • Perform bank reconciliation.
    • Maintain all record books of account documents and records.
    • Prepare financial reports.
    • Manage office petty cash.
    • Handle simple tax function e.g. remittance of PAYE and Pension.
    • File all accounting records appropriately.
    • Acts as an effective backup for Head of Accounts.

    Requirements

    Experience, Qualification and Required Skills:

    • Minimum of B.Sc. in Accounting.
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
    • Must have knowledge, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections
    • Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Professional, able to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior

    Salary: N170,000 – N185,000 Monthly Gross

    Our client is a reputable commercial bank, seeking to urgently hire Marketers to be deployed nationwide. Their key responsibility will be to market and sell the products of the firm.

    Job functions:

    • To focus on driving customer acquisition and growing volumes, especially in the Retail business of the bank through the opening of different types of accounts.
    • To give feedback to the sales team and product management about market situations on new product/existing product development/upgrade for growing small and medium scale businesses and individuals in our marketing environment.
