We are looking to hire Growth Managers for our Lagos and Abuja team respectively who will be responsible for executing a growth and expansion strategy across the private sector using Helium’s suite of products.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Execute winning sales and business development strategies for Helium in the Private Sector in order to drive sales and boost revenue.
Report and monitor performance against set targets. Identify and implement tactical measures to increase target sales across assigned segments of the Health Private Sector.
Deliver proposals and presentations to new and existing customers towards creating new business opportunities that will boost company revenue; presenting the product clearly and convincingly to stakeholders, overcoming objections and closing sales.
Work with the Marketing team and other unit members to craft winning pitches that presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the customer's needs and expectations.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across various healthcare providers, payers, and patients in the Private Sector markets to boost business development activities.
Work with designed guidelines and framework for capturing the customer’s requirement to ensure that the appropriate solution for the customer is consistently presented.
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Team and clearly communicate all expectations of customers to ensure that projects are managed to deliver on time and to specification.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering via telephone and various online media.
Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need. Address any questions or issues customers may have.
Track and document calls and sales; keeping an updated customer database and updating client records accordingly.
Business Research and Analysis
Gather information on market trends and data to aid the team’s development of growth strategies.
Engage in the research and analysis of consumer behaviors, products, market trends, culture etc. and use the data to provide insight to improve the attractiveness of our product to potential and current customers.
Requirement:
Minimum 4-5 years’ sales / accounts management experience exceeding growth targets.
Network in the healthcare sector in Abuja (Northern region) and Lagos (healthcare providers specifically) is an added advantage.
Experience in selling enterprise software; specific experience selling healthcare enterprise solutions is an added advantage.
Resilient and result driven, with great prospecting skills. Proven ability in developing strong relationships and partnerships with customers and relevant stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively with an innovative mindset that is constantly looking for ways to improve things.

The Communications Lead will be responsible for setting out a strategic and comprehensive communications plan, and driving its coherent delivery across internal and external communication media. The role will then deliver key communications activities, in collaboration with other leaders including but not limited to growth, partnerships, investor relations and recruitment

The Collections and Debt Recovery Manager will be responsible for planning the entire Collection Infrastructure for HeliumCredit business of the company. S/he will be required to integrate various existing mechanisms for Collection / recovery in Standard accounts and develop a comprehensive Collection system for the HeliumCredit product.
Responsibilities:
Build the entire Collections infrastructure for the company, preparation/drafting of Collections policy, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity.
Systems planning /Digitisation of Collections activity and effective monitoring of the portfolio, providing timely feedback to stakeholders with documented issues concerns, assisting with any needed development to ensure deadlines are met.
Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the company’s financial performance, overseeing bottom-line metrics, including detailed strategic analysis, forecasting, and account placement.
Implement new strategies and tactics for reduction of delinquency/ NPL, liaise with external collection agencies/agents regarding collection and further strengthen relationships with customers for the purpose of aiding collections.
Analyze credit data, prepare reports and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. Monitor performance of the loan portfolio and report to the key stakeholders on a periodic basis
Monitor the completion of any approved agreements including review from legal, sending, tracking and overseeing the execution of the agreements. Communicates agreement status to various levels of internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze delinquent loans, and determine when legal action must be taken, or collection agencies be utilized. Prepare annual reports concerning the status of the loan collection and uncollectible accounts.
Champion data gathering efforts for the team in evaluating any new requests from third party organizations that wish to execute new or amended agreements involving changes to Revenue Sharing, Networking or Sub-Transfer Agency agreements.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on improvements to our systems and opportunities for process automation.
Set clear goals and expectations for the team to improve collections and recovery performance. Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable. Mentor and develop leaders and staff.
Any other related duties as required.
Requirement:
A minimum of 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Similar experience in collections and debt recovery in a bank or other financial institution will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management or any other related field is required
An acumen for process adherence relating to regulator guidelines/compliance

We are looking to hire Head, Credit Business who will oversee the Company’s loan portfolio, loan approvals, loan documentation and credit risk management. The job holder will provide support and direction to team members, and develop loan policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Policies and Procedures
Set up the Credit Business Department. Identify, draft, develop and implement operational processes, policies and guidelines related to portfolio management, credit and other corresponding functions.

Operations

Asset Management
Ensure credit expansion happens retaining the asset quality.
Manage underwriters, obtain insight for analyzing the credit condition of the borrower/sponsor and/or project and additional information related to the borrower relationship.
Monitor report on the overall portfolio, including and not limited to assessing asset quality, stress testing, industry and market analysis, asset allocation, reserves and non-performing loan analysis.
People Management
Manage, train, up-skill, motivate and retain team members to ensure a profitable outcome for all.
Mentor and coach team to ensure the success of Credit Services.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ commercial lending experience including corporate or commercial account management, credit adjudication experience; underwriting of corporate, SME & retail products and services.
In-depth knowledge of end to end credit administration including processing of proposals, credit analysis, restructuring, syndication etc.
Strong understanding of operational, legal and credit risk across the full range of industries.
Strong project appraisal skills and ability to translate desired business concepts to actual processes for implementation.
Thorough understanding of local laws and regulator guidelines and procedures for Credit Facilities.

The Product Quality Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Responsibilities:
