    Customer Experience Officer/ Personal Assistant (Bakery)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • Managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointments.
    • Daily time management.
    • Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
    • Answer phone calls, emails and take messages.
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Responsible for logistics and ensuring that dispatched orders get delivered.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
    • Run other errands as requested by the creative director.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • The suitable candidate should have HND/B.Sc degree in any related field
    • 1-3 years of cognate experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good customer service skills
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to lead teams to success
    • Conflict management
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Record management skills

    Events and Logistics Manager (Bakery)

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that all necessary equipment needed for events are prepped and ready on time
    • Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately
    • Monitor all Adhoc Staff and ensure all equipment are handled with care
    • Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back
    • Inspect all equipment after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure an accurate number of items are returned
    • Ensure that rentals are done in compliance with the organization’s policies
    • Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory
    • Report all damaged equipment
    • Ensure all equipment are clean and properly kept in the store
    • Occasionally deliver baked good to customers
    • Perform other related duties assigned by the operations manager and creative director

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of OND/SSCE.
    • 0-2 years of experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Listening skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to supervise staff
    • Basic numeracy skills
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Paying attention to details
    • Excellent knowledge of inventory management System
    • Good driving skills and a valid driver’s license is a plus.
