    Civil Engineer/Architect

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the supervision of all technicians in the site
    • Manage, supervise, and co-ordinate a 10-man team that specializes in civil work and finishing maintenance of high-rise buildings
    • Knowledgeable and experienced in various fields including alocoboard, façade installation- aluminum/glass, finishing of doors and windows partition
    • Monitor maintenance work and distribute tasks to subordinate accordingly
    • Contractor management such as contractor sourcing, pricing and tendering to completion

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Eng / HND IN Civil or building engineering or its equivalent
    • At least 5-7 years working experience as a Civil Engineer in a facility management company
    • Professional certification is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
    • Team management
    • Candidate is expected to be familiar with operational HSE support for all activities
    • Must have knowledge and skills in site supervision, contractor management, team supervisory role, fluency in English, vast in auto card and QA / QC knowledge

    Note: Only candidate with experience in finishing outlook of a high-rise building will be shortlisted.

    Procurement Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
    • Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
    • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
    • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
    • Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
    • Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
    • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
    • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
    • Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

    Qualification / Requirements

    • B.Sc or HND
    • Minimum of 3 years working experience as procurement officer in an engineering or a facility management company
    • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy and systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
    • Ability to procure locally and internationally

     

    Note: Only candidate that can procure local and international products for a facility management company will be shortlisted.

    Driver

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Minimum Working Experience: 3 years

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner
    • Carry out vehicle maintenance checks
    • Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner
    • Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs
    • Utilize navigation apps to find the most optimal route
    • Interact with clients in professional conduct
    • Ensure that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use
    • Arrange for vehicle repairs when necessary
    • Drive a variety of vehicles including manual and automatic

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A valid driver's license
    • Minimum of 3-years driving experience using a manual car
    • Extensive knowledge of Lagos roads
    • Physical strength and ability to lift up items
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Good verbal communication.
    • Proficiency using GPS devices

    Firefighter

    Qualification: OND

    Work Experience: 3 years

    Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    The major goal is to prevent fire in the building by adhering to preventives.

    To respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, hazardous materials, urban rescue and other calls to protect life and property; to participate in fire prevention and training; and to maintain the fire station and firefighting equipment.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSC
    • Certification as emergency medical technicians (EMT) is favored
    • Minimum of 3 years full-time firefighting experience is required
    • Physical strength and stamina.
    • Excellent knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques
    • Good problem-solving skills.
    • Good computer skills

    Accountant

    Job Description

    • Receive invoice and PO from Suppliers/Contractors
    • Make sure the invoice carries the PO's (All invoices and POs with Job order should be stamped by the account dept) for proper follow up
    • Post of salary payable to KPI
    • Monthly bank account reconciliation
    • Calculation of Suppliers Withholding Tax and remittance
    • Monthly VAT Nil return filling
    • Maintain the Company's Account Details
    • Management Account Report (Monthly).
    • Prepare Memo and initiate Payment
    • Provide evidence of payments to Suppliers/Contractors
    • Petty cash requisition and payment
    • Preparation of salary schedule (staff payroll details)
    • Staff Payslip management
    • Preparation and remit of PAYE and PENSION to the bank

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 2 - 3 years’ work experience.
    • Professional certification is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
    • Professional certification is an added advantage
