• Ability to use 3DsMax or any major photo realistic modeling software as the core competency.
• Ability to design and draught will be of major advantage.

Responsiblities:

• Conduct month-end and year-end close process for management
• Manage all accounting and financial operations of the company
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Develop periodic reports for management
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation

Requirements:

• Previous experience from working in an accounting department
• A degree in accounting or any related course
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office; especially excel and word
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
