    Graphic Designer

    You’re known as the Design God, the Wizard of Art, Vincent Van Gogh reincarnated in the digital world. You see in shapes and colors, speak the language of design, convert blank spaces to artistic pieces that sell a brand story, and breathe in creativity every day of the week. You should have excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text
    • Work with other creative team members to produce content
    • Create guidelines for how logos and other branding materials should be displayed and used
    • Help make design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all content the company uses.
    • Create everything from posters and billboards to packaging, logos and marketing materials
    • Use elements such as shapes, colors, typography, images and more to convey ideas to an audience
    • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.
    • Use design software to complete projects

    COMPENSATION 

    Negotiable. We are open to pay a premium for quality talents with strong social penetration in the Tech and Marketing space or experienced professionals with strong, valuable networks in either industries. There’s also provision for profit sharing, bonuses, and commissions. These will be based on the candidates ability to meet and/or exceed targets.

    You are the true definition of “social”. You have the ability to connect and interact with people in a virtual world, keeping them engaged and entertained with your captions and content. Your ability to act as the connection between a brand and its target audience knows no bounds. You serve as the brand's voice, tone, and moderator through community support, content distribution, and digital interaction to increase brand visibility and trust online.
    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

     

    • Interpret strategy and creative concepts, create captions for social media platforms, schedule posts, and deploy contents.
    • Respond to messages on our social media channels, as well as responding to client/brand communications about our goods, services, and any inquiries they may have.
    • Must be able to take content and own it and also moderate blog contents, club house sections, YouTube etc.
    • Must be able to track and manage data and insight derived from content.
    • Review users' reports so as to identify areas for improvement, and analyze content performance on a monthly basis.
    • Analyze competitors' content performance and use the data to conduct brand building activities through writing contents that boost the brand's image.
    • Attend client meetings, listen to various stakeholders' views on a content strategy, revise the strategy according to the clients' needs and audience's interests when necessary.
    • Must be able to use Mail Chimp and other content scheduling tools

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Forward-thinking and resourceful to ensure solutions are brought to fruition and requirements are closed properly.

    • People skills, with the ability to engage diplomatically with stakeholders and communicate changes that may not be aligned with the original expectations
    • Knowledge of proper requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods, use case development, strategy design

    JOB DESCRIPTION

     

    • Our Growth & Business Lead will be responsible for driving the organisation's business
    • development strategies, company's annual sales and revenue projections by sourcing new clients
    • and retaining existing ones, as well as leveraging the right channels/avenues to promote our tech
    • products and innovative marketing services to the appropriate target audience.
    • As our Growth Lead, you will help scale the business to newer heights, with a focus on attracting, acquiring and managing new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B
    • sales of tech and/or marketing related products and services, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. He/She will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and retaining clients.

    • Familiarise yourself with all products and services offered by our company in order to suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
