    Finance Manager

    About the Job:

    As a Finance Manager in vivo Nigeria, you will oversee the financial operations of the company and manage the finance team in order to establish the financial goals of the organization.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and review daily expenses of the finance department.
    • Prepare weekly, monthly expense summary and report
    • Oversee the company’s annual tax audit
    • Budget Control
    • Assist the departmental manager to oversee the department’s operations.

    Who we are looking for:

    • You have MBA or 2nd degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years managerial experience in the mobile industry  
    • You have proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy

    Account Officer

    About the Job:

    As an Account Officer in vivo Nigeria, you will collaborate with other team members of the Account department to provide support in order to establish the financial goals of the organization.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Implement the company’s financial policy and processes accurately
    • Carry out stock audit
    • Post collection notes in the accounting software
    • Prepare inventory analysis
    • Prepare periodic reports like revenue and purchase reports

    HR Officer

    About the Job:

    As a Human Resource Officer in vivo Nigeria, you will render support for all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, conflict resolution and other HR administrative duties.

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
    • Manage the end to end recruitment process at the branch office level
    • Assist in performance management processes
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Ensure meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
    • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
