Verstand Resources Limited  Our client, a Luxury Aesthetic Medical Spa Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Key Responsibilities:

• The individual will be responsible for developing the brand`s marketing  strategies, and effectively using all marketing tools to promote the brand.
• Develop new & innovative strategies to seek partnerships & business growth.
• Serve as an ambassador for the brand at all levels of marketing.
• Management and execution of the overall marketing strategies for the respective business units within the center .
• Communications programs including events, PR, web, direct marketing campaigns, email marketing campaigns, all social media platforms, local outreach and awareness to drive patient demand 

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
•  3-5 years of work experience as a content/digital marketing manager.
• Highly creative with identifying target audiences & developing campaigns that will inform and engage them.
• Proven ability to write original and authentic content based on a solid understanding of the medical aesthetic industry.
• Experience in developing & interpreting research both informal/internal and working with third parties.
• Proficient in the use of Ms Office.

Job Brief

Verstand Resources Limited is an HR consulting firm seeking to fill the Senior Marketing Operations Executive position in an experiential marketing agency.

The individual will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all projects to be completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Client liaison.
• Lead all marketing projects from initial brainstorming to implementation.
• Monitor and report on all marketing projects.
• Responsible for client satisfaction on marketing projects.
• Occasional travels and weekend jobs when the need arises.
• Any other duty as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

• A first degree is required,Master`s degree is an added advantage.
• At least 2-5 years of successful project management.
• Experience in Marketing Communications Industry (Experiential Marketing) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. 
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
