Job Brief

Verstand Resources Limited is an HR consulting firm seeking to fill the Senior Marketing Operations Executive position in an experiential marketing agency.

The individual will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all projects to be completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Client liaison.
• Lead all marketing projects from initial brainstorming to implementation.
• Monitor and report on all marketing projects.
• Responsible for client satisfaction on marketing projects.
• Occasional travels and weekend jobs when the need arises.
• Any other duty as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirements:

• A first degree is required,Master`s degree is an added advantage.
• At least 2-5 years of successful project management.
• Experience in Marketing Communications Industry (Experiential Marketing) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. 
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
