    Senior Supervisor (Operations/Maintenance/Contract Engineer) Asset  Management 

    Academics 

    • University degree/Higher National Diploma in Science and Engineering Discipline  

    Work Experience 

    • Minimum of 10 years of work experience – Experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals  Industries a plus 
    • Experience in Renaissance African Energy operations will be an added advantage. 
    • Technology Platforms (Added advantage) 
    • Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Primavera, and others) is mandatory.

    Professional Certifications

    Principal Accountabilities: 

    • Supervise the team to load the prepared information and Data in Computerized 
    • Maintenance Management System (CMMS – SAP) and related Document management  systems. 
    • Accountable for all the data required for performance evaluation and business  planning. 
    • Liaise with Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) Planner and adopt restrictions for execution in  the schedule and Call Preventive Maintenance (PM) work-orders on a fixed interval  (e.g., once/quarter) for a fixed look-ahead (e.g. one year) 
    • Attend Integrated Activity Plan (IAP), MRP Meetings with Team Lead. 
    • Carry out annual budget proposal/planning and monthly budget performance review  and report status. Make input during alignments. 
    • Request input from the Team Lead and Supervisors to develop maintenance campaign  program and monitor compliance 
    • Responsible for preparing and submitting periodical performance reports for the  department 
    • Raise and achieve budgetary approval for procurement of materials and services 
    • Liaise with the Team Lead to develop the annual business and budget plans 
    • Liaise with the Supervisors to raise quarterly materials inventory and raise Purchase  Request for shortfalls. 
    • Follow-up Procurement for ordered spares and materials until delivery. 
    • To enable the end-to-end process of material purchasing using Companies Material 
    • Management “ways of working” and manage the Requisition-to-Pay (RtP) Process. 
    • Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation for the generation of  statistical and analytical reports and provide intelligence that supports decision making 
    • Coordinate data requests with respect to pre- and post-return on planning and  performance reporting, data sample for analytics, and other ad-hoc requirements. 
    • Identify and maintain maintenance budgets, supply estimated budgets to various plant  customers. 
    • Ensure materials, components, and special tooling required for work orders are correct,  available, and in serviceable condition as specified. 
    • Maintain an accurate parts inventory at all times and work with inventory management  to optimize spare parts inventory stocked. 
    • Ensure the teams develop quality output meeting all necessary KPIs critical to their  workload 
    • Engage and provide external resources necessary for the day-to-day operations of the  underwater unit. 
    • Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of  department, or work crew. 
    • Support teams in developing the work scope, milestone plans & resource mobilization  plan. 
    • Work in collaboration with Field Discipline Maintenance Team in managing the work  preparation to ensure the planning for Preventive Maintenances (PMs), Corrective 
    • Maintenances (CMs), and Turnaround activities are fully organized prior to execution,  meeting Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) short and medium-term planning KPIs.

    Field Operator (Electrical Maintenance) – Otumara

    Academics

    • HND or B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering discipline.

    Work Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years working as an Electrical Technician or Engineer with hands-on and supervisory discipline experience.
    • Membership of other professional bodies would be considered an added advantage.

    Skills (Added advantage)

    • Ability to read and interpret electrical line diagrams and drawings.
    • Experience in Generator control systems.
    • Experience in maintenance and servicing of Generator Alternators.
    • Experience in maintenance, repairs and servicing of Electric motors and panels. knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
    • Skill in Equipment troubleshooting and fault analysis.
    • Skill in electrical installations.
    • Experience in LV/HV power distribution system.
    • Familiarity with electrical standards and safety codes.
    • Knowledge of worksite hazard management.
    • Computer literate (Competent user of Microsoft Office and ability to liaise with programs).

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • The Electrical engineer supervisor will be responsible for the following:
    • Provide planned activities reports to the Team Leader or designated client’s supervisor, perform quality control duties, identify non-compliance with HSE standards, ensure availability for intervention activities, and maintain a daily log of activities from job sites, as reported by QA/QC Engineers.
    • Maintains all HV/LV equipment, UPSs, protection relays, earthing, and lightning strike systems.
    • Knowledge of Electrical controls and monitoring systems
    • Skilled in maintenance of UPS systems
    • Strong communication and interface management skills when dealing with multiple parties, including Government regulators.
    • Provide support in decommissioning, repair, installation, and commissioning of black gas generators, UPS systems, switchgear, heater bundles, boilers, thyristors.
    • Asset Care routine to ensure PM/CM close-out and Integrity of Asset maintained.
    • Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning electrical LV/HV equipment, (Generator/Electric motor) etc.
    • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit diagrams, and schematics.
    • Provide support in decommissioning, repair, installation, and commissioning of black gas generators, UPS systems, switchgear, heater bundles, thyristors.
    • Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.
    • Inspecting transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
    • Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
    • Repairing and replacing equipment, electrical wiring, and fixtures.
    • Performing general electrical maintenance.
    • Daily parameter logging, and records.

    Work Cycle

    • The work location is field based.
    • The job activity period is daily on 12 hours (7am to 7pm) routine over a 21-day period.
    • There is a standard 3-weeks on and 3-weeks off schedule.
    • The successful candidate will manage own absences with his/her contractor for suitable qualified covers.
    • There may be need for periodic visits to Renaissance industrial area for training and official assignments.
    • Personnel may be required to work extended hours as need may arise.
