    Growth Manager – Wealth Products

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate a strong pipeline of leads through existing networks and relationships in credit, investment, savings, pension, and insurance industries to build new business
    • Identify business opportunities from business intelligence and market knowledge.
    • Create proposals and make presentations to clients
    • Follow business processes and make recommendations for improvement
    • Work with other departments to deliver all service level commitments to clients
    • Prepare reports on all origination activities for internal and external clients
    • Keep abreast of internal operational changes; identify problems and proffer solutions
    • Implement any approved system/process changes
    • Test and assess the effectiveness of system/process changes
    • Analyse and report on data generated from BI software to inform recommendation for new products and services
    • Evaluate organisational costs and suggest ways to improve operational efficiency
    • Recommend, implement, and monitor the performance of business intelligence tools

    Key Skills, Attributes & Experience:

    • MBA or Masters in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline
    • Proven experience in the financial services and/or insurance sector, particularly in Savings and Investment products, with a background in Asset Management and investments, is required Proven experience as an Asset Manager
    • Experience implementing sales strategies for B2B and B2C
    • Sales skills (cold calling, sales meetings, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)
    • Ability to work in a team or stand-alone plus a determination and motivation to exceed targets.
    • Ability to influence at all levels.

    Growth Officer - Investment

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generating a strong pipeline of leads through personal networks
    • Using existing network and leads to build new business
    • Identifying business opportunities from business intelligence and market knowledge
    • Keep abreast of key players in the industry and support the team to maintain a competitive advantage
    • Work with the Growth Manager to maintain relationships with key decision makers in identified institutions.
    • Make valuable input to marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
    • Assist the Growth Manager to deliver on all Service Level agreements.
    • Participate in administering satisfaction surveys and help in identifying key success areas and client pain points.
    • Follow up on issues resolution tasks as may be assigned.
    • Highlight selling, cross selling, cycle based selling opportunities for existing clients.

    Key Skills, Attributes & Experience:

    • Proficient in selling IT and related products in the financial services industry.
    • Appreciable knowledge of Savings and Investment products
    • Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Proven experience working as part of a B2B sales team.
