This role is responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, storage, and issuing of materials within the Company. This role supports smooth operations by ensuring materials are picked in advance, properly tagged, accurately received, and stored, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment in line with 5S standards. The position also involves operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment.

Job Details

• Pick materials accurately as per pick lists and stage them before end users request them.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure correct issuance.
• Properly tag, label, and identify materials on shelves and storage locations.
• Receive incoming materials, inspect for quantity and damage, and record receipts in the system.
• Store materials in designated locations following FIFO and standard storage procedures.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Carry out 5S activities to ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Optimize storage layout to improve space utilization and accessibility.
• Follow all safety rules, traffic management plans, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors and end users regarding material availability and shortages.
• Assist with packaging, kitting, and preparation of materials for production or dispatch as required.

Requirements

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a material handling, warehouse, or similar operational role.
• Valid certification/license to operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment, or willingness to obtain.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus.

This role will design and produce high-quality visual and multimedia content to support marketing efforts, including marketing materials, social media visuals, videos, motion graphics, and photography, to drive brand engagement and storytelling.

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, banners, flyers, and catalogs. 
• Create visuals for social media, email campaigns, and website updates. 
• Produce and edit videos for product demos, testimonials, and campaigns. 
• Develop motion graphics and animations for advertisements and presentations. 
• Capture and edit photographs of products, projects, and events. 
• Ensure consistent branding across all visual and multimedia assets. 
• Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to translate technical concepts into creative content. 
• Design trade show and exhibition materials, such as booth layouts and promotional items. 
• Research and implement innovative design trends and tools to enhance content. 
• Maintain and update Tranos’ brand guidelines for visual consistency. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of professional experience in graphic design and multimedia production, preferably within the engineering or industrial sector.
• At least three years of relevant hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent design and editing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of video editing and animation software, with the ability to produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Solid understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies to create visually compelling and effective designs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
