    • We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Officer to manage and oversee inventory operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and equipment for various real estate projects while maintaining efficient inventory management systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and construction staff to manage the flow of materials and equipment.
    • Maintain an organized storage system for easy access and retrieval of inventory, preventing shortages or overstock.
    • Inspect, document, and manage incoming materials, ensuring accurate inventory records.
    • Provide input on stock levels, and reorder points, and collaborate with procurement for cost-effective sourcing.
    • Coordinate the timely distribution of materials to teams on-site, ensuring project timelines are met.
    • Keep detailed inventory transaction records, generate regular reports, and perform physical inventory counts.
    • Inspect materials for quality and address any issues promptly.
    • Enforce safety regulations for material storage and promptly report safety concerns.
    • Maintain a clean and organized storeroom, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.

    Requirements

    • Minimum HND holder or equivalent; additional qualifications in warehousing or supply chain management are a plus.
    • Proven experience as an Inventory Officer, Storekeeper, or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.
    • Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
    • Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and adherence to safety regulations.
    • Willingness to work night shifts when required.
