- A good Master's Degree in Purchasing and Supply/Business Administration/Statistics/Financial Studies/Law/Computer Sciences/Accounting/ Economics/Engineering/Architecture/Technology/ Marketing/Insurance/Quantity Survey/ Entrepreneurship and Capital Market and other relevant disciplines;
- At least twenty-one (21) years cognate experience; and 15 years post-qualification professional cognate experience and must have spent at least five (5) years on the post of Deputy Director (Procurement)
