    Kitchen Supervisor

    Job Summary

    The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the kitchen staff. This includes setting goals and targets, monitoring progress and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that the kitchen staff is meeting the standards of the restaurant. The Kitchen Supervisor will maintain a safe and sanitary working environment and implement and enforce safety and sanitation standards.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
    • Ensure all kitchen staff are properly trained and are following all food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently
    • Monitor and maintain adequate kitchen inventory levels
    • Ensure that recipes and food preparation instructions are followed correctly
    • Monitor food quality and presentation
    • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
    • Assist in menu planning and development

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • B.sc/HND or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of kitchen operations experience
    • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
    • Basic computer knowledge

    AC Technician

    What you will be doing:

    • Carry out preventive maintenance, repair or retrofit of all type of A/C & Refrigeration work
    • Record and analyze operating logs and utilities. Take immediate measures as necessary during emergencies in repair works
    • Responsible to work closely with HVAC Technician when need arises
    • Carry out improvement, maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C & Refrigeration equipment’s according to the standards and requirements
    • Perform daily start-up, shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as per the standards and requirements
    • Maintain tools and equipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work
    • Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms & keep the work place clean tidy and well organized
    • Attend to complaints from other departments
    • Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service

    Your experience and skills include:

    • Experience with a similar position in a good  organization
    • Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous experience is an asset

    Procurement Officer

    Job Description

    The Prospective will plan, source, negotiate and purchase raw materials at the most preferable timing, deal terms and best price for the organisation needs whilst being compliant to organisation’s guiding principles and government regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor business demand to create a plan for replenishing inventory, sourcing the best suppliers, and making favorable purchases.
    • Regularly evaluate and negotiate prices, specifications, and terms with suppliers to ensure the best options are available when needed.
    • Track market trends and factors (like weather) affecting product prices, especially for strategic raw material purchases.
    • Update product cost components regularly to identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Follow SOPs when issuing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and avoid disruptions.
    • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other parties to ensure smooth operations, including delivery and customs processes.
    • Process necessary shipping documents and ensure timely arrival of goods for plant use.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • HND/B.sc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Second Class (upper division) or Upper credit is required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
    • Fluency in English and Hausa.
    • Proficiency in procurement processes, negotiation techniques, and vendor management
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
