    HR Officer

    Description

    • We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures.
    • You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
    • If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
    • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
    • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
    • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
    • Develop training and development programs
    • Assist in performance management processes
    • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
    • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
    • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
    • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
    • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Strong ethics and reliability
    • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
    • HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)

    Head of Fleet Operations

    Description

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Fleet Operations to join our team at TAK Logistics Limited.
    • As the Head of Fleet Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, route optimization, driver management, and compliance with safety regulations.
    • You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.
    • If you have a strong background in fleet management and are passionate about leading a team to drive operational excellence, we would love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective fleet management strategies and policies
    • Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair to ensure fleet availability and safety
    • Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
    • Manage and lead a team of drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Monitor and report on fleet performance metrics
    • Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation activities
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety and best practices
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance fleet operations
    • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Head of Fleet Operations or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of fleet management best practices and industry regulations
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent organizational and planning abilities
    • Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office
    • BSc/BA in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
    • Relevant certifications (e.g. Certified Fleet Manager) will be considered an advantage
