    Contracts Administrator II

    Job description

    • Ensure Contractors work in accordance with contract terms and conditions. Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders that support contract services for production work in compliance with corporate controls and best practices. Track progress, and support Supervisors with coordinating Contractor’s compliance regarding company systems and controls. Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts. Ensure contract payments are executed accurately and anomalies are identified. Ensure payments are made to Contractors in accordance with requirements of Company agreements held with Contracts in a timely manner. Advise on contract risks and support the stewardship of gap closure and opportunities for improvement, assisting with prioritization where required.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create Service Entries and amend Service Requests for Production Operations contract services providers that exist on Company’s SAP system.
    • Liaise with Contractor Representatives on a daily basis to address issues that may arise from the placement and amendment of purchase orders and the payment of invoices for work executed against those purchase orders.
    • Foster positive, constructive relations and dialogue between Contractor and Company representatives, as well as assist in facilitating resolution to issues or problem-solving.
    • Ensure sound systems are in place by Field Supervisor:
    • Maintain critical contractual documentation, including SOA’s, Purchase Orders, Records of Meetings and decisions.
    • Monitor the expiration dates of contracts
    • Monitor and analyze the spend of contracts
    • Monitor the status of Invoice receipt and payment.
    • Ensure contract costs are allocated to correct cost centers or end users.
    • Accurate records of Agreement Numbers, Purchase order numbers and Contract Owners/Admin.
    • Ensure effective contract administration through records management, advice and compliance with procurement, controls, OIMS 8.1 and business requirements.
    • Provide Production Department support to Accounts Payable as required.
    • Help direct Contractors to in-house and external resources that can assist in achieving compliance and safe work practices (e.g.; SHE resources, training opportunities, Subject matter experts that can assist).
    • Work with Contract Administrator to identify performance and efficiency improvement opportunities in contracts, including arranging performance reviews and meetings to identify opportunities.
    • Perform assignments in a safe and diligent manner, timely inform the supervisor about any incidents, injuries, near misses and potential hazards at his/her working place or at others’ working places if witnessed
    • Promptly flag with Supervisors any observed or potential controls gaps or non-compliances with Company policies.
    • Report contractor compliance with all applicable ExxonMobil OIMS & CIMS standards.

    Project Logistics Manager

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide Project team with overall management and coordination of logistics planning, early project assessment and execution.     Camp Services Coordinator I

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Coordinate the delivery of Camp and Catering services, Grounds-keeping, Non Process Building cleaning and minor Earthworks and Road Maintenance tasks within operational organizations. Includes services for local Airfield and occasional support to remote sites or assisting with project and contingency operations.

    Job description

    • Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs.
    • Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied. Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to the Operations and Development teams.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Research and understand drill well hazards by reviewing historical offset well information
    • Utilize wellbore geologic and reservoir objectives to develop a well plan

    • Design wells to meet regulatory requirements
    • Prepare and analyze technical bids for goods and services
    • Survey daily operations
    • Provide rig site drilling and completion surveillance and engineering assessments of critical activities
    • Provide surveillance and technical assistance for projects, equipment testing and new procedures
    • Interface with and solicit input from operations personnel to ensure well plans are feasible
    • Work closely with other functions, such as geology, reservoir and projects, to ensure that the program is based on all available information and meets well objectives
    • Depending on the program, deep water experience may be required (knowledge of subsea systems, riser analysis, subsea well control systems, etc.)

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Instrument Controls/Analyzer Specialist should have a good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE), provides subject matter expertise to maintenance teams.     Mechanical Engineer II

    Job description

    • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project’s goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products
    • Coordination and communication of various issues among the company’s and contractor’s engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work
    • Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents
    • Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures
    • maintains Deviation Control Log
    • Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests
    • Keep Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns
    • Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor’s and subcontractor’s locations
    • Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design
    • Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Closely related professional experience
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience
    • Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
    • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications

    Mechanical Technician

    Job description

    • Technicians are assigned to carry out maintenance work.
    • This can either be an XOM employee or a Contractor resource.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively participate in the use of all on the job safety tools
    • Review job packs
    • Identify any safety issues associated with job end ensure removal/mitigation prior to working
    • Execute work as planned
    • Record technical history as required by workgroup. (GRT, data sheet, etc.)
    • Provide feedback on job pack improvements to Execution FLS
    • Request permits and notify Supervisor if permit cannot be issued within 30 minutes of requested time
