    Artist Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Negotiate contracts, fees, and bookings for events and venues aligned with the artist's career goals.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for music, film, and catalog projects, overseeing branding, strategy development, and execution across various channels.
    • Advise artists on career decisions, publicity, and promotion, including selecting record producers, song choices, and managing media relations.
    • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in the music industry on behalf of our talent, staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
    • Assist in organizing and negotiating contracts for release and publishing, as well as coordinating press communications and interviews for promotion.
    • Arrange for interviews, hiring coaches and trainers, and handling daily bookkeeping and financial obligations.
    • Maintain daily communication with artists, ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Provide on-road support during tours, managing logistics, visas, budgets, and prioritizing the artist's well-being.
    • Coordinate day-to-day activities for artists, including travel arrangements, itinerary creation, and schedule management to ensure punctuality for all engagements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
    • Experience in project management is essential.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
    • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, business development, or sales.
    • Experience in budgeting, negotiation, music licensing, and publishing is advantageous.
    • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with Marketing, A&R, Partnership, and Legal departments.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and people-oriented skills.

    Promotions Associate

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop local and international promotional plans targeting key demographics to enhance visibility for Santabella Music Empire artists’ content, releases, and tour dates.
    • Cultivate, manage, and leverage relationships with local influencers, promoters, writers, tech communities, lifestyle shops, club organizers, and content creators to amplify brand exposure.
    • Establish connections with On-Air Personalities (OAPs), on-campus clubs, trendsetters, and tastemakers to facilitate collaborations for artist releases, events, and programs.
    • Pitch artists’ content to college and local media outlets (press/radio/blogs) to secure coverage and placement.
    • Prepare monthly promotional recaps for distribution to artists, managers, and label executives.
    • Conduct research and propose new initiatives to optimize promotional efforts and expand reach.
    • Collaborate closely with the promotions manager and street team to execute operational plans for the artist roster.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    Job Description:

    Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:

    • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with clients and partners while ensuring the smooth and efficient distribution of our music releases across various digital platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative:

    • Provide metadata for both old and current releases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Facilitate the arrangement and approval of artwork proofs, ensuring sample stock availability pre-release, and maintaining an organized archive of all artwork assets.
    • Build and manage relationships with Digital Service Providers (DSPs), serving as the operations contact and facilitating playlist pitches.
    • Create and maintain a standard release Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
    • Monitor live status, pricing, charting, and track linking of products on DSP storefronts using third-party tools.
    • Research and explore new distribution channels beneficial to the company.

    Collaborative:

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and initiate strategies for each release.

    Licensing and Publishing Manager

    • As a label committed to excellence and innovation, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in managing licensing and publishing operations within reputable companies in the music industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting research on licensing and publishing opportunities locally and internationally.
    • Identify industry trends, developing strategies to maximize the value and exposure of our music catalog.
    • Review of external Artist release agreements, feature agreements, side artist agreements, split sheets, and other incidental release agreements.
    • Registering catalogue with publishing partners
    • Reviewing licensing requests

    • Liaising with sync agencies, production companies & advertising agencies

    • Negotiate and secure licenses for the use of Santabella Music Empire's music catalog across various media platforms, including films, TV shows, commercials, video games, and online streaming services.
    • Administer publishing rights for our songwriters and composers, ensuring accurate registration of songs with performing rights organizations (PROs) and timely collection of royalties.
    • Monitor and track the usage of our compositions to ensure proper compensation for our rights holders.
    • Oversee the collection and distribution of royalties from mechanical, synchronization, and performance rights, collaborating closely with accounting and finance teams.
    • Draft, review, and negotiate licensing agreements, publishing contracts, and other legal documents related to the exploitation of our music catalog.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Entertainment Law, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing and publishing management roles within the music industry, preferably with a focus on record labels or music publishing companies.
    • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing licensing deals with major media outlets, production companies, and digital platforms.
    • In-depth knowledge of copyright laws, licensing regulations, and industry standards governing the exploitation of music rights.
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficiency in music licensing and publishing software and platforms is a plus.
