    Community Manager

    Position Overview:

    • As a Community Manager at Raenest Inc company, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our online community of users, investors, and partners.
    • You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our community members while promoting brand awareness and driving positive sentiment.
    • Utilizing advanced technology, you will act as an assistant, providing helpful insights and support to our community.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Community Engagement: Engage with our community members by actively participating in online discussions, social media platforms, and community forums. Respond to queries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive community experience.
    • Forum Moderation: Moderate and manage the Fintech's community forums, ensuring user-generated content aligns with community guidelines and values. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment while encouraging constructive discussions.
    • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content, such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates. Ensure content is relevant, valuable, and tailored to the community's interests.
    • Community Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand our community. Implement strategies to attract new users, investors, and partners in alignment with our marketing and growth objectives.
    • Online Reputation Management: Monitor online conversations, reviews, and feedback related to the Fintech company. Manage potential issues or crises by promptly addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and escalating as necessary while maintaining the company's reputation.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, customer support, and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for our community members. Collaborate with external partners and influencers to maximize the reach and impact of our community initiatives.

    Qualification:

    • Proven experience as a Community Manager in a Fintech or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Knowledge of the Fintech industry, including trends, regulations, and key players.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse community members.
    • Experience in content creation, social media management, and moderating online communities.

    Content Marketing Manager

    You know how to:

    • Develop blogs post, social media, marketing collateral, and lots of other great assets to support our growing sales outreach.
    • Create and manage an editorial calendar in accordance with our SEO strategy, branding, and demand generation goals.
    • Work with internal and external subject matter experts to develop marketing materials including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, and more
    • Write PRs and content for sponsored articles according to the strategy.
    • Own the social media content planning, social listening, reporting, and content execution across all social channels.
    • Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and relevance for key personas.
    • Stay up to date with cross border payments eco systems to ensure Raenest is a leading voice in these conversations on the African scale. 
    • Work with the sales, product, and engineering teams to discover content themes and topics that can differentiate our platform.
    • Work with the design team to bring different forms of exciting visual content to life.

    Qualifications:

    • Above 5 years of experience in Content Marketing.
    • Strong portfolio of material showcasing your content and writing projects across multiple marketing channels, including blogs, social media, SEO and events.
    • Exceptional writer who can craft impactful and easy to understand messaging in both long and short-form types.
    • Experience of directly writing for B2B audiences and decision-makers. 
    • Should be able to describe and create a content strategy for a given audience.
    • An analytical thinker and who can understand and breakdown complex technical concepts into simple terms.
    • Recent experience working in a fintech, SaaS, or tech-enabled startup in Africa.

    Graphic Designer

    Position Overview:

    • As a Graphic Designer at Raenest Inc , you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing and communication strategies.
    • With at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing collaterals, including but not limited to banners, infographics, brochures, social media posts, website graphics, presentations, and newsletters. Ensure the designs are in line with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
    • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual brand elements across all design materials. Ensure that all designs align with our brand identity, colors, fonts, and overall aesthetic.
    • Collaborative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for specific campaigns or initiatives. Understand the project requirements, target audience, and communication objectives to create visually compelling designs.
    • Adaptability and Iteration: Adapt designs to different mediums, such as print and digital, while ensuring the integrity of the design and its effectiveness in conveying the intended message. Iterate on designs based on feedback received from stakeholders, improving and refining the final output.
    • Image and Asset Management: Source and select appropriate images, icons, illustrations, and other assets to accompany designs. Manage and organize design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
    • Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools in the industry. Continuously improve design skills and knowledge to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our visual communications.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to integrate design elements seamlessly into various projects and deliver consistent design solutions.
    • Time and Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while adhering to deadlines and priorities. Provide regular updates on project progress and communicate any challenges or concerns that may arise.

    Qualification:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry.
    • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print collateral, illustrations, infographics, and branding
    • Ability to interpret complex ideas and concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs.
