As a Graphic Designer at Raenest Inc , you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and impactful designs that align with our brand identity and support our marketing and communication strategies.
With at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing collaterals, including but not limited to banners, infographics, brochures, social media posts, website graphics, presentations, and newsletters. Ensure the designs are in line with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual brand elements across all design materials. Ensure that all designs align with our brand identity, colors, fonts, and overall aesthetic.
Collaborative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas for specific campaigns or initiatives. Understand the project requirements, target audience, and communication objectives to create visually compelling designs.
Adaptability and Iteration: Adapt designs to different mediums, such as print and digital, while ensuring the integrity of the design and its effectiveness in conveying the intended message. Iterate on designs based on feedback received from stakeholders, improving and refining the final output.
Image and Asset Management: Source and select appropriate images, icons, illustrations, and other assets to accompany designs. Manage and organize design files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.
Stay Updated with Design Trends: Keep up with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools in the industry. Continuously improve design skills and knowledge to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our visual communications.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to integrate design elements seamlessly into various projects and deliver consistent design solutions.
Time and Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while adhering to deadlines and priorities. Provide regular updates on project progress and communicate any challenges or concerns that may arise.
Qualification:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a graphic designer, preferably in the Fintech or financial services industry.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print collateral, illustrations, infographics, and branding
Ability to interpret complex ideas and concepts and translate them into visually compelling designs.
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices, with an ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
