    Service Coordinator (Completions)

    Role Purpose:

    • The Service Coordinator serves as the primary client interface and overall project lead for completions and well intervention operations. This role ensures flawless execution, strict compliance with HSE standards, and effective resource management to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the single point of accountability for completions projects and client relations.
    • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Lead and mentor field supervisors, engineers, and operators.
    • Enforce company and client HSE policies to foster a zero-incident culture.
    • Review and approve designs, procedures, and post-job reports.
    • Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
    • Drive performance reporting, cost control, and lessons learned integration.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
    • 8–10 years’ oilfield completions/well intervention experience.
    • Strong leadership, financial management, and client engagement skills.
    • Proven knowledge of downhole tools, completions equipment, and pumping operations.

    Gas Lift Engineer

    Role Purpose:

    • The Gas Lift Engineer designs, installs, monitors, and optimizes gas lift systems to maximize well productivity and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design gas lift systems (mandrel spacing, valve selection, nodal analysis).
    • Prepare and supervise installation and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Provide real-time technical support during operations.
    • Analyze performance data to optimize production and identify issues.
    • Develop technical reports and recommendations for clients.
    • Stay updated on artificial lift and gas lift innovations.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
    • 5+ years’ gas lift design and optimization experience.
    • Proficiency in nodal analysis software (Prosper, GAP, etc.).
    • Strong analytical and technical reporting skills.

    Completions Foreman

    Role Purpose:

    • The Completions Foreman provides field leadership and practical expertise, ensuring safe and effective execution of daily completions tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead field crew in rigging up/down and equipment operations.
    • Act as lead operator for specialized tools and machinery.
    • Enforce safe work practices and ensure compliance with procedures.
    • Support Supervisor in daily planning and crew task allocation.
    • Inspect and maintain equipment readiness.
    • Mentor and train junior crew members.

    Qualifications:

    • OND/HND in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
    • 6+ years’ hands-on completions experience.
    • Strong technical knowledge of completions tools and operations.
    • Relevant certifications (BOSIET, H2S, etc.).

    Workshop Technician (Completions)

    Role Purpose:

    • The Workshop Technician maintains, tests, and certifies completions equipment, ensuring tools are fully operational and ready for deployment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assemble, inspect, and repair completions tools and equipment.
    • Perform function and pressure tests, completing documentation accurately.
    • Identify and report defective equipment.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop.
    • Prepare and kit equipment for field mobilization.
    • Support inventory management and tool tracking.

    Qualifications:

    • HND/BSc/ City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • 3+ years’ workshop/mechanical experience (oilfield preferred).
    • Strong mechanical aptitude, with hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge.
    • Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.

    Completions Engineer

    Role Purpose:

    • The Completions Engineer supports the planning, design, and execution of well completion programs to ensure operational excellence and optimized well performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and detail completion programs and equipment specifications.
    • Develop operational procedures for completions and interventions.
    • Provide on-site engineering support and resolve technical issues.
    • Conduct post-job analysis and prepare technical reports.
    • Collaborate with client engineering teams to optimize well productivity.
    • Incorporate lessons learned into future designs and operations.

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
    • 5+ years’ completions engineering experience.
    • Familiarity with engineering software (WellCat, Landmark, etc.).
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    Pumping Operator

    Role Purpose:

    • The Pumping Operator safely operates high-pressure pumping and auxiliary equipment during completions, stimulation, and cementing operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor frac/cement pumps and related equipment.
    • Support rig-up and rig-down of pumping systems.
    • Record and track job parameters (pressure, rate, density).
    • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Safely handle and mix fluids/chemicals.
    • Adhere to HSE protocols for high-pressure operations.

    Qualifications:

    • OND/HND or equivalent in a technical discipline.
    • 3+ years’ oilfield pumping operations experience.
    • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems.
    • Team player, adaptable to rotational shift work.
    • Safety-focused with relevant certifications.
