The Service Coordinator serves as the primary client interface and overall project lead for completions and well intervention operations. This role ensures flawless execution, strict compliance with HSE standards, and effective resource management to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable services.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the single point of accountability for completions projects and client relations.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead and mentor field supervisors, engineers, and operators.
Enforce company and client HSE policies to foster a zero-incident culture.
Review and approve designs, procedures, and post-job reports.
Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely solutions.
Drive performance reporting, cost control, and lessons learned integration.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. in Petroleum, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
