    Medical Officer (Doctor)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from an accredited  medical school.
    • A valid Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) registration and a valid practicing license.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years  experience as a Medical Officer in a primary healthcare center or similar setting.
    • Knowledge of and experience in providing primary healthcare services, such as diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, preventive care, and health education.
    • Experience in managing and coordinating the work of other healthcare staff, such as nurses and community health workers.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to communicate in the local language.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
    • Willingness to work in a rural and remote area.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a challenging environment.
    • Willingness to be trained and develop new skills.

    Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)

    Qualifications

    • Must possess an appropriate qualification as a Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) from an accredited School of Health Technology.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Community Health Extension Worker in a primary healthcare center or similar setting.
    • Knowledge and experience of managing health care and referrals especially in a rural community.
    • Ability to educate healthcare providers and stakeholders about community health needs
    • Ability to provide culturally appropriate health education on topics related to chronic disease prevention, physical activity, and prevalent health issues in the area
    • Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to communicate in the local language.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
    • Willingness to work in a rural and remote area.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a challenging environment.
    • Willingness to be trained and develop new skills

    Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW)

    Qualifications

    • Must possess an appropriate qualification as a Junior Community Health Extension Worker (JCHEW) from an accredited School of Health Technology.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Junior Community Health Extension Worker in a primary healthcare center or similar setting.
    • Must be able to carry out community mobilization with minimal supervision
    • Ability to collaborate with other Health workers and the community to carry out continuous health need assessment of the community.
    • Ability to work with other members of the health team and community members to carry out the plan.
    • Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical records systems is an added advantage.
    • Ability to communicate in the local language.

    Pharmacy Technician

    Qualifications

    • Pharmacy Technician Certificate from Pharmacist Council of Nigeria accredited School of Health Technology
    • Current year Annual Permit to practice issued from Pharmacist Council of Nigeria (PCN) Current year Annual Permit to practice issued from Pharmacist Council Of Nigeria (PCN).
    • A minimum of 3 years professional experience; especially in a hospital setting.
    • Excellent skills in drug dispensing.
    • Excellent skills in record keeping, stock and inventory management.
    • Good relationship management/ interpersonal skills, as well as interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work as a team member and be able to function independently on the job whenever necessary.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
    • Can speak some local language in state of implementation.
    • Ability to Multitask and work with minimal supervision.

    Qualifications

    Security Personnel

    Qualifications

    • Ability to periodically tour buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows, and gates to determine that they are secure and not tampered with
    • Knowledge of security architecture of the area
    • Ability to report any security breaches or illegal activity to security supervisors or other authorities as needed
    • Ability to cope with stress and to organize and prioritize workload.
    • Can speak some local language in state of implementation.
    • Ability to Multitask and work with minimal supervision.
