    Cashier

    We are currently looking for versatile, intelligent, and energetic restaurant cashiers with a passion for delivering outstanding service to join our professional and friendly team.

    This person will be responsible for providing passionate, charming, and attentive service delivery to all customers according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

    Job Summary

    As the Restaurant Cashier, you will work alongside team members in ensuring customers have a wonderful experience, deliver quality service, and maintaining relationships with customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensures customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints
    • Ensures sales entries are correctly entered and receipts are issued to the customer
    • Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
    • Collect payments whether in cash or via POS
    • Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets
    • Maintain an excellent level of hygiene at all the time
    • Must be knowledgeable about the company products
    • Must possess suggestive selling skills.

    Job Requirements and Qualification

    • Restaurant experience
    • Basic math skills
    • Customer service skills
    • Friendly disposition and strong work ethic
    • Good command of English
    • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
    • Polite and courteous

    Production Supervisor

    The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and proper production of the Restaurant's meals. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, and coordinate a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality meals are constantly being produced. 

     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Effectively utilizes resources to meet business goals and objectives.
    • Responsible for supervising employee’s performance on the production floor and managing tasks in a practical and objective manner.
    • Motivate and support team members to meet the set targets.
    • Ensure compliance with the production process by the production team.
    • Prepare production report at the end of a shift run.
    • Ensure stock used is balanced with actual production volume.
    • Ensure routine check and cleanliness of production equipment are carried out before and after shift run.
    • To ensure that all production equipment and materials are used in an appropriate and careful manner during shift hours.
    • Communicate good production practices, safety policies, ensure consistent uniform and personal safety equipment enforcement.
    • Provide suggestions on cost savings, process, and product quality improvement.
    • Coach employees to maximize efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.

    Qualifications

    • Proven 1-2 years experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role.
    • Should possess B.Sc/HND in any related field
    • Advanced skills in MS Office and Excel
    • Organizational and leadership abilities
    • Communication and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Problem-solving skills.
