    Billing Junior Associate

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensures the timely and accurate billing of Partner Facilities
    • Works with Key Accounts team and other internal stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and queries raised by Facilities
    • Daily update the Customer Invoice Tracker (CIT) maintained by the Finance Team
    • Regularly complete the Billing Error log and engage key Process owners in relation to billing error root causes and resolutions. 
    • Filter, “prep” and review data points used in the preparation of bills to facilitate accurate billing
    • Support Billing Lead to Identify and define improvement opportunities in relation to the Billing process.

    Functional Excellence Lead

    Position Description

    • The position supports mPharma’s Supply Chain team to contribute to the team’s overall goal of driving operational excellence in terms of Systems and processes across supply chain functions.
    • The ideal candidate will actively Interface with Products and Engineering teams to Scope and develop supply chain software products, tools, applications, and solutions developing appropriately detailed specifications for product features so that the development teams clearly understand them. More importantly,
    • The Functional Excellence Manager will be involved in the creation and  evaluation of SOPs and ensure strict adherence to SOPs by carrying out periodic Internal/Self-audit programs across the unit.

    Key Responsibilities

    The roles specific tasks will include:

    Process and Systems Continuous Improvement

    • Project lead for End to End SAP/ERP Implementation for Western, Eastern and Southern african markets as well as Public Sector partners (Gabon).
    • Onboarding Supply chain for new markets. This includes Product data set up working closely with procurement and P&E. Go-live stock counts and Inventory cleanup to facilitate bloom launch in new markets
    • Subject Matter Expert and Global lead for supply chain automation program under the CSCO.
    • 1st Level internal Support for ERP, process, and system-related issues within the Supply chain.
    • 1st level support to Finance on ERP use. 
    • Coordinating the QR coding project for Ghana and Nigeria.

    Internal Audit and Compliance

    • Review of Internal operations around systems use, Data management, and compliance to standard procedure with the output being a Quarterly Internal review report to show gaps in process and implement corrective actions within the supply chain.

    Business Reporting

    • Weekly cascading of reports around business performance for all countries to SC Management.
    • Monthly and Quarterly business performance reports coordinating with Country supply chain heads and process leads.

    Product Management and Support

    • A major point of interface between Products & Engineering (Building useful Tech solutions for Supply chain) and Supply chain functional units, helping to develop product scope, cascade improvement initiatives and ensure applications and solutions address actual SCM problems. Last Mile Delivery, Live Ordering, SAP- BLOOM Integration, Pick and Pack Application
    • Configuring functions and workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications and new processes. Working in collaboration with Data Engineering to build reliable data pipelines for Data exchange between SAP and other proprietary solutions

    • At least 6+ years supply chain data analytics/inventory management experience ideally within the retail and pharmaceutical industry
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ERP and/or Accounting packages.

    Retail Operations Intern

    Position Description 

    • This role entails the day-to-day management of the QRx Pharmacies. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for ensuring that the pharmacies are following the guidelines in the Franchise Manual. 
    • Provide weekly business updates and performance of assigned Pharmacies. 
    • Undertake monthly business review meetings with Pharmacy Services Associate on business performance and institute performance improvement strategies where necessary. 
    • Support with maintaining and managing inventory, ordering new supplies when necessary, keeping inventory areas organized, follow up on orders placed with SCM, fulfillment, and delivery.
    • Coordinate with the Mutti team and provide support in the deployment of health screenings, Community Health, Telemedicine consultation, and all other Patient-related programs that offer value to the Mutti ecosystem.
    • Support the day-to-day seamless operations at QualityRx facilities and ensure that the pharmacy owners receive the right support. 
    • Tracking of outliers from facility’s order request to inform formulary additions
    • Tracking of revenue (weekly and monthly) and cash deposits
    • Monitor quantities ordered and match it with pharmacy consumption to inform demand forecast, supply.
    • Liaising with tech/product to provide support on the use of BLOOM and Ordering app.
    • Support facility on changes in operations – e.g. price changes, the addition of new drugs, billing cycles, etc.
    • Coordinate with SCM to manage expiries and its withdrawal.

    • community Pharmacy experience with not less than 6 months on the job
