    Communications and Content Specialist

    Job Code: CCMO21
    Location: Lagos

    Main Purpose of Job

    • Fostering the perception of LBS as a world-class brand with in-depth local knowledge of business and management among key stakeholders.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Generate content for the website and annual report – research and compile news stories and relevant information about the School and Faculty.
    • Prepare and issue news releases about achievements, programmes and major school events.
    • Create Content and ensure Faculty footprint in the media by sourcing interviews and opinions for editorials, articles etc. – Present academic information in a reader friendly manner.
    • Build and manage media relationships to foster a positive brand perception and build thought leadership profile.
    • Monitor news about and related to the school in the media.
    • Develop creative communication and marketing materials – presentations, brochures, profiles etc.
    • Develop and execute marketing communication campaigns to grow top of mind awareness, build brand equity and generate leads.
    • Monitor all marketing activities, deriving key insights into performance, reporting on learning outcomes and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the creative team in the development of all creative materials. Monitor for quality and accuracy of content.
    • Manage the production of the monthly staff newsletter – collaborate with various departments for content creation and development.
    • Manage internal and external communications.
    • Assist in executing cross functional projects such as the career fair, alumni exhibitions, graduation ceremonies, etc.
    • Manage the end-to-end production process of branded collaterals – procurement, production, reconciliation and stock management.
    • Manage publications store– stock management, retrieval, order management
    • Proofread and edit all communication materials.
    • Perform monthly audit on outgoing correspondence.
    • Manage relationships with and prepare payments for vendors; keep records of all payments made.

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferably Mass Communication or English)

    Cognate Experience:

    • Should have 3-5 years’ experience in integrated marketing communications.

    Professional Qualification:

    • CIM, NIPR, APCON membership

     Required Skills:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels in the organisation.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
    • Self-motivated with a zeal for continuous professional improvement.
    • Results-focused, a self-starter, energetic and able to work with minimum supervision.
    • Business writing, journalistic and administrative skills.
    • Organizational and planning skills.
    • Good knowledge of corporate communication/ public relations.

    Video Editor / Graphics Designer

    Job Code: VEGDO21

    Main Purpose of Job

    • Production of appropriate high quality communication materials that adequately conveys information to our target audience.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Design and produce brochures and flyers from content provided by the market facing departments.
    • Design ATL, BTL and digital creative materials as requested by various departments.
    • Conceptualize and run the end-to-end process of video recordings for brand promotion and record keeping purposes (testimonials, programme overviews, event coverage, documentaries etc.)
    • Conceptualize and manage production of non-conventional video material (animated videos etc.)
    • Liaise with printers, photographers, videographers, advertising agencies and other vendors to obtain costs, prepare payments and receive finished work as required.
    • Manage all APCON related activities
    • Keep up-to-date record of work produced in the department (photos, videos, brochures, designs etc.)
    • Serve as quality controller for brand collaterals and branded items
    • Liaison with all internal and external parties on branding requirements for events and/or communication materials

    Qualifications

    • HND or Bachelor's Degree in Design; or a combination of any other Degree and certificate courses in Creative Design.

    Cognate Experience:

    • 3+ years’ experience in creative development.

    Required Skills:

    • Must be adept at using graphics and design software such as Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
    • Must be familiar with video recording equipment and editing software, and have experience in video production; recording, editing, shot angles, etc.
    • Must be able to communicate ideas visually and through motion pictures.
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
    • Should be able to plan and organize tasks.
    • Should have a keen eye for and attention to detail to assess photographs, graphic design, videos etc. and ultimately produce error free and excellent work

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Main Purpose of Job

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the institution’s website for usability and effectiveness, ensuring timely, accurate and up-to-date content. Publish, review and update content for effective SEO.
    • Develop an annual digital marketing strategy aligned to the institution’s objectives.
    • Monitor all digital channels for optimization, provide monthly analysis on each platform reporting on all metrics.
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase engagement.
    • Monitor all digital presence and ensure information accuracy across all platforms.
    • Monitor and analyze digital trends and new media for adoption.
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Monitor all digital channels to respond appropriately to threats and take advantage of opportunities.
    • Grow social media community and drive engagement – collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop shareable content.
    • Implement periodic digital audits to ascertain brand adherence and monitor footprints.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

    Cognate Experience:

    • 2+ years experience in digital marketing.

    Professional Qualification:

    • Professional certificate in digital marketing.

    Required Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge and experience in digital and social media management.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact at all levels in the organization
    • Creative thinker able to set strategy to action and show results.
    • Data analytics.
    • Knowledge of brand management and digital marketing.
    • Experience in community management and growth marketing.
    • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
