    Electrical Technician

    We are looking for an experienced electrical technician to evaluate, assemble, and maintain electrical systems in equipment which are predominantly portable. The electrical technician does not design electrical systems but will identify potential problems in design.

    To be successful as an electrical technician, you should be able to read electrical system design plans and recommend improvements, as well as calibrate instruments, and diagnose faulty equipment.

    We are recruiting for an Electrical technician to learn/work along with the Facility team and handle the following job roles

    Electrical Technician Responsibilities:

    • Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
    • Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
    • Advising management on the continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
    • Supervising electricians.
    • Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.

    Electrical Technician Requirements:

    • 2-year electrical, technical, or related degree.
    • Completion of an electrical apprenticeship.
    • At least 2 years experience as an electrical technician.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Experience operating hand and power tools, soldering and fault-testing equipment.

    Qualification/Experience: OND/HND/TT certificate, minimum of 2years experience

    Shortlet Supervisor

    We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented and organized team member to supervise the day-to-day shortlet apartment operations.

    Job Functions/Responsibilities

    • Respond to guest inquiries on various rental platforms
    • Update database with reservation information
    • Manage and approve guest check-in and check-out times
    • Schedule and organize housekeeping services before the guest is due to check-in or after guest checks out
    • Order linen & household supplies for housekeeping services
    • Carry out housekeeping checks and guest check-ins
    • Provide guest support during their stay
    • You will be responsible for communicating with guests, housekeepers, linen providers, handyman, ordering diesel and making sure the generator is up and running etc to ensure everything runs smoothly, all our properties are spotless & sparkling, and guests are happy!

    Requirements/Qualifications

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in Hotel and Hospitality.
    • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines
    • Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail
    • Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
    • Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset
    • Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

    Night Duty/Auditing Manager

    We are recruiting for a Night Duty/ Auditor manager to handle the following roles;

    • Checks front office accounting records for accuracy and compiles information for the apartment's financial records. Tracks apartment room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front offices/bakery operating statistics.
    • Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the apartment's financial performance for the day.
    •  Checks to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments (Apartment/Bakery).
    • Manage and monitor the activities of all employees in all departments, making sure they adhere to the standards of excellence and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, apartment policies and procedures, coaching and correcting where needed.
    • Direct and oversee all apartment operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
    • Conduct Briefing for all staff during Night Shift.
    • Inform all Overnight staff of nightly activities, group, and VIP arrivals as well as special requests and repeat guests.
    • Check accommodations, making sure any special requests are carried out accordingly.
    • Maintain a professional and high-quality service-oriented environment at all times.
    • Dealing with complaints, problem-solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues that may arise.
    • Ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments.
    • Ensure that the public areas are kept clean and tidy.
    • Must actively participate in the decision-making process on guest relocation for nights when the apartment is fully booked and ensure a smooth relocation process.
    • Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life safety procedures.
    • Report any suspicious persons, activities and/or hazardous conditions to the Security department and/or the Front Office/Apartment Manager.
    • Checks to see that all charges are assigned to the appropriate departments.
    • Verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into the PMS system.
    • Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
    • Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
    • Summarizes results of (Apartment/Bakery) operations for management.
    • Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
    • Prepare of End of day procedures for the apartment and bakery.
    • Run end-of-day process in property management software (PMS).
    • Understand the principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.

    Qualification/Experience: MBA/Min. of 3 years experience.

    AC and Mechanical Technician

    We are recruiting for an AC and Mechanical technician to work along with the Facility department and handle the following Job roles;

    AC & Mechanical Technician job description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:

    • Repair and maintain machinery.
    • Identify issues and repair of ACs and gas filling.
    • Devise preventative measures to avoid machine downtime
    • They are also responsible for devising safety plans that comply with workplace safety laws.
    • Troubleshoot electrical controls
    • Keep meticulous records of machine service history
    • Analyze machine test results and make adjustments to meet company specifications

    Mechanical Technician Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

    Mechanical Technician job description should include these common skills and qualifications:
