Job Description

• The Solutions Architect is a technical leader, leading the design and architecture for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation at Interswitch.
• Lead the solution design for the Dynamics 365 programme, creating and maintaining all aspects of solution architecture with a focus on business engagement and documentation – essentially defining the Dynamics 365 architecture and technology frameworks.
• Ensure sound design and architecture processes are followed. Advising the business when required and utilising third parties to create capacity.

Responsibilities

• Solutions Architecture
• The Solution Architect reviews requirements by working with programme team, translating requirements into fit-for-purpose Dynamics 365 solutions and designs
• Challenges and then documents the solution details including risks, constraints, alternatives, and reason for proposed solution
• Understands the business background, issues and implications of the specific solution being addressed
• Ensures compliance between the system architecture and solution architecture
• Following high level Dynamics 365 solution design, leads and contributes the detailed solution, integration, and infrastructure design
• Identify and manage all commercial implications of Dynamics 365 architectural changes and implementations – including infrastructure, licencing, integrations etc
• Specifies user/system interfaces and translates logical designs into physical designs taking account of target environment, performance requirements and existing systems
• Lead technical and functional team members through the design and build process
• Acquisition, Development & Deployment
• Develop and implement pragmatic application of ‘Devops’ processes including; Solution architecture & design, Application lifecycle management, Software application integration & testing
• Work with the Technology Operations Team to establish Change control & release management and Software application maintenance
• Ensure compliance to standards, processes and policies set
• Ensure documentation is current and relevant to ensure stakeholders remain informed
• Provide input to business and planning forums aligning the application portfolio to meet business needs
• Operational Management
• Work with the Technology Operations Teams to establish appropriate timing of maintenance activities and dependencies in Dynamics 365
• Establish appropriate documentation to ensure that post implementation activities are effectively ‘handed over’ to the Technology Operations teams with clear expectations
• Identify operational ‘problems and work with teams to resolve them through planned proactive activities, communicating to senior stakeholders regularly

Requirements

• Collaborative working style to create excellent partner relationships within the business
• Experience in changing culture and behaviours within Technology teams
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a solution architect or technical consultant role
• Proven design & architecture experience in a large complex organisation, including stakeholder management
• Proven experience in large implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects (or Dynamics AX and/or CRM)
• Proven experience successfully managing application procurement, development and implementation using DevOps principles
• Experience in working in an agile project management framework, for example, Scrum or Kanban
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at a senior IT level
• Expertise and experience in working with 3rd party service providers
• Experience in leading testing procedures & familiarity with test approaches
• Expert knowledge – formal qualification in IT and/or business-related experience combined with senior experience in change and/or release management
• Development experience across the Microsoft stack -
• Net2
• 0+ (C#, ASP, WCF), SQL+
• TOGAF qualification.

Job Description

• To design, document and implement tests to expose bugs, and work with teams to checkmate the recurrence of errors in order to meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the QA process in the Engineering cluster and any other assigned tasks, using best practices and guidelines
• Work as part of a passionate continuous delivery team to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery
• Employ Continuous Testing techniques to prevent quality issues during the development phase and ensure post-deployment satisfaction of internal and external customers; this can be achieved by ensuring compliance to agreed Engineering and Testing principles
• Design the automation test strategy, implement and maintain tests
• Establish and implement performance tests to report on system capability and limits
• Ensure security best practices for developed applications
• Find, investigate, track, reproduce and document bugs
• Co-ordinate software releases to ensure seamless deployments every time
• Collate team performance data and report periodically on testing efforts, test challenges and deployment activities to the Test Manager
• Work closely with the Test Manager to ensure improvements to QA activities and processes
• Work with stakeholders to continuously think about product performance engineering and seek to reduce production incidences and customer dissatisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer / System / Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Applied physics / Computer Science or a related discipline
• At least 3 years hands on experience in Testing and Automation.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
• Performs industry analysis to increase own awareness on quality standards and provides insights to the Quality Assurance team
• Develops and establishes quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout their development/product lifecycles
• Prepares and delivers reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT systems and projects across the organisation
• Agile Project Management
• Ensures satisfactory service with customers at all levels (Business Analyst, Developers, and Management)
• Conducts internal audits to measure and assure adherence to established Quality Assurance standards for software development, application integration, information system performance, and corresponding documentation
• Drive or coordinate agile events in the team, namely; Sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint demo and retrospective
• Ensures that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues
• Ensures proper documentation of all product and project activities
• Reviews new or modified programs, including documentation, diagram, and flow charts, to determine if the programs will perform according to user requests and conform to guidelines
• Makes recommendations for improvement of applications to programmers and software developers or engineers
• Creates methodologies and processes for the collection and analysis of data for ensuring software, systems, and product quality
• Track project against its schedule and objectives and take corrective actions to address deviations
• Effective and timely use of project management tool to prepare and update project plans and report

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND in Computer / System / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering / Applied physics / Computer Science or a related discipline
• Relevant certification such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Project Management, Certified Scum Master (CSM), PRINCE2 Foundation/Professional, Associate in Project Management, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Experience
• Minimum of seven (7) years in a similar function with a focus on IT product.
