    Contracts Lead II

    Main Functions

    • The Contracts Lead II oversees the administration and performance of service contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, timely placement of purchase orders, and accurate contractor payments. The role supports supervisors in managing contractor relationships, resolving issues, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement across contract operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the full contract cycle, ensuring compliance with procurement and corporate control requirements.
    • Create, amend, and track service requests and purchase orders in SAP.
    • Liaise daily with contractors to address issues and ensure timely payment for services rendered.
    • Maintain accurate contract documentation, including POs, SOAs, and records of meetings.
    • Monitor contracts spend, expiration dates, invoice status, and budget allocations.
    • Support Accounts Payable with contract-related payment issues.
    • Facilitate contractor performance reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies, OI 8.1, and reporting standards.
    • Report contractor performance, compliance, and status in line with company and regulatory requirements.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with strong experience in contract administration or related roles.
    • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (budget tracking, reporting, and analysis).
    • Experience working with contractors in industrial or field settings.
    • Strong understanding of safety management tools (JSA, Risk Assessment) and OI 8.1 systems.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • High standard of safety, ethics, and compliance awareness.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively in multicultural environments.

    Electrical Engineering Technician III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to the Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, a Level 3 will:

    • Provides guidance to lower-level staff with complex problems.
    • Assembles, tests, and modifies experimental and/or operational electrical machinery, electrical control equipment, electrical circuitry and components according to engineering specifications in industrial or commercial plants and laboratories.
    • Diagnoses cause of malfunctions or failures and performs preventive/corrective maintenance.
    • Records data and recommends modification or replacement of failed equipment.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous experience in a closely related position
    • Discipline appropriate certification(s) if applicable or equivalent professional experience
    • Effective communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely describe conditions in the field and recommend remediation steps
    • Team Player; exhibits effective teamwork when working with persons over whom the person may have no direct authority and willingness to assist others
    • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

    Lifting Equipment Operator III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Operates cranes and performs rigging activities to assist maintenance, production, construction, and safety crews as required. 
    • Loads and unloads material and equipment in accordance with Company’s specific lifting procedures, including movement of material to the proper locations. 
    • Carries out all lifting operations in accordance with safety rules and company regulations. 
    • Performs general inspection of cranes prior to operating, including checking condition of wire ropes, brake system, bolts, pins and similar items and reports any potential defect or malfunction to Logistic Supervisor. 
    • Responsible for safety of personnel and equipment during operations. 
    • Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position. This position would typically be an expert in the field, possibly professional certification holder.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Twelfth grade (12) secondary education or equivalent certificate plus prior special training on crane operations
    • Experience in operating cranes
    • Must be in possession of current crane operator certificate

    Drilling Engineer / Specialist III

    MAIN FUNCTIONS

    • Provide the engineering planning, design, surveillance, and follow-up required for the safe and efficient drilling and completing of drilling programs. Ensure well objectives are met while assuring the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection are applied. Provide technical expertise on drilling engineering to the Operations and Development teams.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks, a Level 3 will:

    • Prepare Drilling Basis of Design documentation including Casing Design, Torque / Drag, Hydraulics
    • Develop functional specifications and scopes of work for equipment and services
    • Make continuous effort to improve regional well construction performance

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.S. degree in engineering or related technical field
    • Experience with well planning and execution
    • Experience with international assignments required
    • Experience in deep water drilling operations if filling a deep water drilling engineering position
    • Able to effectively organize and communicate thoughts
    • Experience with well design software as well as Microsoft applications
    • Read, write and speak fluent English
    • Industry experience with well planning and execution

    Instrument Maintenance Technician III

    Job Summary

    • Installs, maintains, and repairs instrumentation systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and product quality. Evaluates faults, executes repairs, and documents maintenance actions in compliance with safety and operational standards.

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Plans, updates, and oversees all activities within his or her areas of responsibility according to the laws, regulations, standards, specifications, and procedures. Special emphasis must be placed on health, safety, and the environment
    • Supports and encourages team effort between operations, engineering, and projects groups
    • Provides input and reviews the control specifications and work practices
    • Is responsible and accountable for control systems as defined in the Work Management Manual
    • Has the knowledge to apply and follow work permits through Permit To Work System (PTWS) as discussed in the Work Management Manual
    • Ensures the quality and timely completion of work scheduled by the Maintenance Program
    • Develops personal and team technical skills (for example, new regulations, equipment, methods, and others)
    • Attends and instructs (as needed) technical meetings, to keep instrument technicians informed of the latest specifications, codes, procedures, and technology
    • Develops and maintains open communications on control issues (for example, safe work practices, training, materials, and others) with co-workers
    • Supports work prioritization to maximize effectiveness and to complement the efforts of other work groups
    • Provides technical support to other Technicians for maintenance and troubleshooting on company's instrument systems
    • Is able to generate Management of Change requests (MOCs) on control-related equipment and installation and can follow up with installation inspections consistent with oi System (oi) Element 3
    • Constructs, monitors, and inspects new installations for their consistency with the mission and recommend upgrades as necessary
    • Acts as a stand-in for the Instrument Lead position as needed

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associate degree and technical certifications required
    • Experience in maintaining Instruments and Controls in processing plant or offshore production plant

    General Technical Skills

    • familiar with regulations applicable to the operations of oil and gas facilities oi systems, related manuals, and procedures

    Specific Technical Skills

    • Meets the safety, administrative, and technical training requirements associated with this position as documented in the company operations-approved training roadmap
    • Possesses the general competencies and Operations Integrity Critical competency requirements as documented and maintained in company Operations Training roadmap

    Instrumentation and Controls Engineer III

    Main Functions

    • Responsible for overseeing instrumentation and control system engineering to ensure design and execution align with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Provides technical expertise, supports system maintenance and upgrades, and ensures effective communication between project teams and contractors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead lifecycle management of control systems, including upgrades, testing, and cybersecurity compliance.
    • Support maintenance planning for metering and safety systems.
    • Review and update instrumentation documents such as P&IDs, control narratives, and cause-and-effect diagrams.
    • Ensure systems comply with Industrial Control System Requirements (ICSR).
    • Participate in alarm management and rationalization efforts.
    • Provide onsite technical support and contribute to global system initiatives.

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
    • Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, and safety standards.
    • Skilled in P&IDs, logic diagrams, control narratives, and data analysis tools (SAP, Excel Analytics, Tableau).
    • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in dynamic environments.
