• Must have been involved in drafting of commercial transaction and documents with clear understanding duties of Trustees

ROLE:

• Responsible for finance and operational activities including financial reporting, tax operations and financial planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

• First degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria or ACCA
• MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience as Finance Offcer in the financial services sector or the capital market.

• Represent and coordinate the Organization's activities in the FCT and the entire Northern region and be able to independently broker Trustees Transactions

REQUIREMENTS

• First Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or relevant qualification from a reputable University.
• Trustee Experience - Minimum of 5 years experience in the Trustee sector.
• Investment Banking Experience - Minimurn of 3 years experience in investment banking involved in capital raising.
• Commercial Law Experience - Minimum of 5 years experience in a reputable commercial law Firm.
