    Junior Investment Advisor

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Responsibilities

    • Identify, generate, and retain new business prospects and engage them in the company’s products and services.
    • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Advise investment products based on client needs.
    • Ensure adequate communication with clients with regard to their needs and interests and provide sales representation when needed.
    • Design/ draft content-filled proposals for prospective clients.
    • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
    • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
    • Meeting minimum sales targets
    • Growing new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting leads to sales
    • Optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
    • Growing the organization’s buying customer base
    • Speaking and presenting the organization’s products and services both internally and externally to promote the story of the product.
    • Measuring and optimizing the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
    • Ensuring that customers receive their contracts and documentation on time and as appropriate

    Requirements and skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 4 years as an Investment Advisor, in Marketing similar product within an established organization
    • Must understand the basics of marketing
    • Membership of CIM or any other professional association is advantageous.
    • Strong marketing and salesmanship skills with the ability to persuade
    • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
    • Strong negotiation and mediator skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude.
    • Proactive, positive, and flexible approach to teamwork.
    • Digitally savvy.
    • Great customer orientation.
    • Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft word, Excel, and graphs.

    Operations Support Officer

    Global Profilers is a Recruitment & HR Services firm specialized in recruitment in Africa; we are currently recruiting for the role of an Operations Support Officer for our client, a healthcare and operation company developing specialized centre networks delivering reliable and affordable services in Nigeria, focusing on oncology, dialysis, cardiology and diagnostics. 

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Job Summary

    The operations support officer will be responsible for managing the execution of new centres and coordinating key procurement activities for clinical operations.

    Job Responsibilities

    Resource Planning

    • Define projects scope and specifications
    • Forecast and identify resource needs in terms of manpower, funding, tools, etc on every project
    • Coordinate site preparation, construction, equipment staging, equipment delivery, and installation steps.
    • Develop and maintain a project planning schedule with team input; project milestones, metrics, cost estimates, work plans, resources, communication plans, issue resolution
    • Organize regular site production meetings and pre-plan; ensure efficient usage of all resources, including the application of quality supervision of labor, sub-contractors, and materials.

    Inventory Management

    • Create a master database of every piece of equipment received with relevant information, such as serial numbers, warranty information, etc
    • Track and monitor where the equipment is allocated.

     Project Management

    • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope; resolve or escalate issues and manage scope creep (expanded project goals)
    • Execute project works plans and revise them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
    • Meet with project team members on a regular basis to review project status, keep the team informed of changes, and plan future actions
    • Manage and facilitate team and user meetings, conferences, webinars, and telephone calls
    • Prepare meeting notes; ensure project documents are complete and current.
    • Identify and engage project contacts and key stakeholders (Facilities Manager, IT, contractor, PM Company and Team, etc.)
    • Communicate relevant project information to stakeholders
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Reporting

    • Prepare site reports, designs, and drawings
    • Ensure project documents are complete and current
    • Communicate relevant project information to stakeholders.

    Engineering Drawing

    • Develop and review preliminary drawings, and acquire sign-off on the drawing if approved
    • Review design development drawings and develop final execution plans
    • Coordinate pre-installation drawings with OEMs.

    Procurement

    • Manage procurement of equipment and consumables
    • Monitor consumable stocks across all operations and ensure timely replenishment
    • Develop partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers.

    Requirements and skills

    • Minimum of eight years experience in healthcare projects management
    • PMP certification is a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree in biomedical engineering or any other healthcare-related specialization
    • Experience in strategy development and implementation
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, teamwork-based environment
    • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good organizational and planning skills
    • Experience in coordinating efforts of multi-disciplinary teams
    • Highly motivated and results-driven individual.
