    Business Development Manager

    Annual Gross Remuneration: 4.8M

    Our client, Flexiti Limited, is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in loan sales to individuals, corporates, SMEs, and MSMEs, with proven leadership ability.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve set targets.
    •  Set sales goals and monitor performance through KPIs. 
    • Recruit, mentor, and train sales team members. 
    • Identify market opportunities and expand client base. 
    •  Build and nurture strong client relationships.
    • Establish strategic partnerships to enhance loan booking. 
    • Collaborate with credit and risk teams to align with company policies.

    Person Specification

    Accountant

    Our client, is seeking to a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will manage the company’s financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

    The role holder must be well-versed in general accounting practices, tax compliance, and financial reporting, with a strong sense of accountability and efficiency.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Procurement of electricity tokens for 350+ telecom sites.
    • Accurately track, record, and report all token-related expenses. 
    • Organize and verify token receipts and site photographs. 
    • Prepare and submit invoices with supporting documentation (receipts, photos, 
    • summaries) to the telecom company. 
    • Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers and journals.
    • Maintain accounts payable and receivable; perform bank and ledger reconciliations. 
    • Process payroll, staff claims, and statutory deductions. 
    • Monitor and report on cash flow and budgeting performance. 
    •  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely monthly filing and remittance of all applicable taxes, 

    including: 

    • Value Added Tax (VAT) 
    • Withholding Tax (WHT) 
    •  Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE) 

    Pension contributions 

    Industrial Training Fund (ITF), NSITF, and other statutory deductions 

    • Liaise with tax authorities and ensure full compliance with local tax laws.
    • Maintain strong internal control systems and financial policies.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree /HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable. 
    • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in engineering or telecoms. 
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho) and Microsoft 
    • Excel. 
    • Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance. 
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 
    •  High level of integrity and attention to detail.
