Accountabilities

• Monitor assigned processes such as OLA for efficiency and continual improvement.
• Work with an Auditor to audit assigned processes and reporting of findings.
• Ensure closure of audit findings (internal audit and process audit) including recommendations and any identified process gaps.
• Document, maintain, and update procedures and policies; and monitor implementation of assigned processes.Review existing processes, propose improvements and update business processes to meet changing business needs.
• Ensure prompt communication of approved documentation and management of document tracker.
• Create communication design for company-wide awareness purposes. 6Ensure prompt update, tracking, analysis and reporting of status of assigned business processes.
• Perform additional tasks as may be assigned by Superior Officers.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in related fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Pick up the technical team, commercial team, items and any other assigned duties/staff where applicable from office to the field of operation.
• Ensure all accessories of vehicles assigned to them are always intact.
• Checking of vehicle document and ensuring all documents are intact and updated from time to time.
• Strict compliance to traffic regulations when driving.
• Ensure vehicles interior and exterior are always clean and tidy.
• Report any issues on time related to vehicles assigned to them for prompt attention.
• Book car wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car
• Drive safely to avoid road accidents and dent on company vehicles.
• Daily check of engine oil gauge, break oil, radiator water, tyres and others.

Accountabilties

• Engage with potential customers via phone to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. 
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate product offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the Manager, Telesales & Business Analysis. 
• Track performance against targets and implement strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track leads, and follow up on potential sales opportunities. 
• Ensure accurate data entry and management of customer profiles in the CRM system.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services, delivering clear and compelling product presentations over the phone. 
• Provide customers with accurate information and answers to queries.
• Capture customer feedback during interactions and share insights with the sales and marketing teams. 
• Resolve customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
• Work closely with the telesales team to ensure alignment on sales goals and share best practices. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth sales process and continuous improvement of telesales tactics.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.
