    People Advisory and Strategy Consultant

    • The People Advisory and Strategy Consultant supports organizations in aligning their people strategy with business objectives. The role focuses on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, and change initiatives to improve performance, capability, and employee experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise clients or internal stakeholders on people and workforce strategy aligned to business goals.
    • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
    • Contribute to talent management, performance management, and leadership development solutions.
    • Review and improve HR policies, processes, and operating models.
    • Use people data and analytics to generate insights and support decision-making.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
    • Support client engagement, workshops, and project delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
    • 3–7 years’ experience in HR consulting, people advisory, or strategic HR roles.
    • Strong understanding of HR strategy, organizational design, and talent practices.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Professional HR certification and postgraduate degree are advantages.

    Head of Business Operations and Intelligence

    • We are hiring a Head of Business Operations and Intelligence to oversee daily operations, drive efficiency, optimize processes, and ensure seamless coordination across all departments. The ideal candidate should be strategic, analytical, and capable of leading teams while enhancing operational and business performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations and drive process efficiency
    • Implement operational strategies, SOPs & performance frameworks
    • Lead departmental heads & ensure cross-functional alignment
    • Manage supply chain, procurement & inventory optimization
    • Ensure compliance with PCN, NAFDAC, SON & GDP standards
    • Oversee budgets, cost control & performance reporting

    Requirements:
