Requirements

Candidate will be responsible for;

• The creative strategies and direction of advertising and marketing materials and campaigns
• Evaluating and ensuring the quality of creative content for new business and client pitches
• Creating layouts and design logos,packaging advertising marketing,and other published materials in print and online.
• Developing the digital design, layout and feel of the advertising to be executed in various media.
• Strategizing and executing innovative and compelling creative concepts and experiences that support brand marketing efforts and elevate the brand experience.

Amadeus GDS proficient (PNR and Fares, Reservation and Ticketing, Reissuing and revalidating)

Roles

• Designing and developing a tour package.
• Offering face to face and telephone advice to customers.
• Quoting holidays and converting these to bookings.
• Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting upgrades.
• Offering excellent customer service, dealing with complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner.
• Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company's brochures and destinations.
• Working to sales targets.
