Summary of Role

Responsible for managing the cash flow, liquidity, investment position of the company and relationships with financial institutions or lenders

Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly cash flow position and monthly Cash flow forecast.
• Provide report on capital management to assist the Management adequate decision making.
• Determine amount of funding required to maintain liquidity by consolidating forecasts of expected cash receipts and comparing with consolidated forecasts of expected cash needs
• Preparation of all monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Process all Bank documentation request/ account opening request
• Monitor bank accounts for the Company to ensure proper charges and interests are recognized into the accounts
• Process monthly interest income and expense on investment and facility respectively
• Ensures all investment transactions follow the Investment policy of the Company
• Review of Periodic calculations of interest income on fixed rate instruments.

Qualifications

• High aptitude for dealing with numeric and financial data as well as statistics
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication (verbal and written).
• Excellent team player
• B.SC degree (2nd class upper) Accounting, Business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required
• Qualified Accountant (ICAN, ACCA)
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in oil and gas industry
• MBA or Masters’ in Finance or related field

Summary of Role

Conducting extensive research and assessments to evaluate risk levels and develop contingency plans and solutions that reduce and control risks and liabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the workshops and brainstorming sessions for effective identification of risks and action plans.
• Provide guidance on sector specific emerging risks and collaborate with the risk owners to adopt best practices to respond to the challenges.
• Collaborate with the control assurance team for monitoring the effectiveness of the risk response strategies.
• Partner with the risk champions for continuous monitoring of dash boards and MIS on key indicators of risk and score cards.
• Partner with the business units and risk owners to identify strategic, operational, financial and compliance risks on periodical basis and evaluate the likelihood and impact on the business and collaborate with the risk champions to identify the risk response measures and follow up on the action plans identified.
• Provide tools and techniques required for deploying common language of risk framework across the business units for evaluation of identified risks.

• Proficiency in risk management, financial analysis, and related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• B. SC degree (2nd class upper) Accounting, Business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing risk and compliance reporting processes in a fast-paced environment.
