Summary of Role

Responsible for managing the cash flow, liquidity, investment position of the company and relationships with financial institutions or lenders

Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly cash flow position and monthly Cash flow forecast.
• Provide report on capital management to assist the Management adequate decision making.
• Determine amount of funding required to maintain liquidity by consolidating forecasts of expected cash receipts and comparing with consolidated forecasts of expected cash needs
• Preparation of all monthly bank reconciliation statement
• Process all Bank documentation request/ account opening request
• Monitor bank accounts for the Company to ensure proper charges and interests are recognized into the accounts
• Process monthly interest income and expense on investment and facility respectively
• Ensures all investment transactions follow the Investment policy of the Company
• Review of Periodic calculations of interest income on fixed rate instruments.

Qualifications

• High aptitude for dealing with numeric and financial data as well as statistics
• Attention to detail.
• Good communication (verbal and written).
• Excellent team player
• B.SC degree (2nd class upper) Accounting, Business administration, economics, finance, or a related field required
• Qualified Accountant (ICAN, ACCA)
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in oil and gas industry
• MBA or Masters’ in Finance or related field
