    Director of Performance Marketing

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly accomplished Marketing leader to build and grow a high-scale global performance marketing program, who will be responsible got end-to-end management and execution of Chipper's global performance marketing program.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Take ownership of performance marketing to influence user growth, activation and retention
    • Oversee all paid performance marketing spend and channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, TV, audio, affiliate, programmatic, and new channels
    • Manage an internal team and work with some of the very best agencies in the world to drive Chipper's growth strategy
    • Have a seat at the table, working alongside leaders in Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Design and Data to drive optimal data informed decisions that improve the customer experience and unlock growth opportunities
    • Create, manage and optimise multiple campaigns running across different geo-locations while balancing local relevance and global brand guidelines
    • Challenge the status quo - we do not operate the standard agency playbook
    • Build and manage testing programs for creative, targeting, landing pages, persona segments, optimising for scale and efficiency.
    • Incubate and scale new and emerging channels strategies and tactics
    • Analyze performance data and provide intelligent interpretation and appropriate action plans based on data and creative driven conclusions.
    • Contributing to business-wide knowledge sharing and engaging with relevant stakeholders to determine optimal SEO improvements.

    What You Should Have

    • +5 years of Performance marketing leadership experience in high scale consumer or fintech companies.
    • Highly collaborative and able to influence others based on data-driven reasoning
    • Naturally competitive, wanting to drive the highest install base at the lowest CPI to beat Chipper's core and nacent competitors in each market
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking and analytical rigor to effectively build a growth engine that is adaptable to our various markets, products, and business goals.
    • A strong bias for taking action and owning results. Engrained test and learn approach with a strong ability to extract learners, and adjust strategies to scale wins.
    • Highly empathetic leader, driven and humble, you over communicate to build trus

    Head of Social Marketing

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a Head of Social Media to take our social strategy to the next level. Reporting to our Director of Brand, you will lead and coordinate social media strategies, tactics, campaigns, tools, content and initiatives to fuel demand, growth, engagement and conversions.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Lead our global social media team and work closely with the marketing teams around the world to define a cohesive social strategy

    • Ensuring the team delivers social media posts that are compliant with the applicable laws and regulations.
    • Understanding the process for monitoring and reporting social media effectiveness, engagement and business conversion results.
    • Define the strategic approach and tone of voice for each channel.
    • Build relationships with cross functional teams including agencies to support business priorities and initiatives.

    What You Should Have

    • You're a brand builder and have worked scaled some amazing brands via social channels, specifically in the Fintech, E-commerce, or high growth brands
    • Proven Social Media, online marketing and campaign management experience
    • Excellent writer and storyteller
    • Work closely with content creators and agencies to deliver hyper local and globally scalable content
    • Experience evaluating and deploying enterprise level social media marketing tools for publishing, approval workflows, social listening
    • Experience of team building, leading and mentoring a team of high performers
    • Analytical skills to measure results and optimize the nurture tracks to convert leads to customers
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong editing skills with attention to detail
    • Keen understanding of what people engage with on social, you not a seller your a listener

    Performance Marketing Manager, Search

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a highly motivated person who has deep & confident Paid Search marketing experience; from understanding the latest platform changes, to driving sophisticated, complex campaign strategies.
    • You will be responsible for oversight and management of the internal search campaigns and teams and agency relationships, as well as integration with cross-channel initiatives and measurement.
    • You will work closely with account managers from the leading platforms to drive performance.
    • You will be critical in the development and testing of marketing creatives & placements, campaign & budget planning and calendar management.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Lead end-to-end paid search business strategy and campaign management process across marketing campaigns from setup to deployment to reporting, with an extreme focus on detail and flawless execution
    • Drive channel acquisitions growth through understanding the competitive landscape, optimizing existing channel performance, and identifying new messaging, targeting, or capability opportunities
    • Drive search, innovation, and trust strategies and build scalable plans to roll out across multiple countries and continents
    • Work with Country Growth Managers to ensure strong local context of ad copy and creatives
    • Lead our team’s regional search marketing strategy and coordination efforts and support country marketing partners to make search successful in their countries
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and market to shape and land complex launches
    • Maintaining sufficient knowledge of core digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, content marketing, email marketing and programmatic to deliver omni channel consistency
    • Lead the tracking, testing, and QA of all SEM campaigns for the accuracy, functionality, and documenting as necessary to ensure flawless execution
    • Manage oversight of the SEM channel’s compliance operations; ensure that the channel acquires and maintains required targeting, creative, disclosures and modeling compliance approvals
    • Support acquisition insights function, including reporting, tracking and forecasting to help evaluate program performance, and compiling / analysing campaign results across funnel metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
    • Carry out a wide variety of associated duties that include (but are not limited to) web analytics and relevant keyword strategy & discovery.
    • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights.
    • Deliver insightful reporting on test results and performance of search campaigns
    • Thoroughly check search campaigns for accuracy including copy, audience selections, tracking / URLs, and offer details.
    • Act as the liaison between the engineering team an marketing teams to gather all pertinent information for search campaigns.

    What You Should Have

    • Proven SEM experience managing high volume PPC campaigns across search marketing platforms (Google, Yahoo, Bing Apple Search Ads)
    • Extensive experience developing, optimising, analysing, and reporting on high volume paid search campaigns
    • Strong knowledge of App acquisition is a big advantage
    • Experience with data and product analytical tools such as Branch, Amplitude, and Google Analytics
    • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments. You enjoy setting up experiments and doubling down on the best results
    • Deep knowledge of account set-up including tag and event management, and auditing conversions across reporting platforms
    • An editor mindset, you constantly cut for clarity.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven, hyper growth global startup environment.
    • Ability to be flexible with project timelines
    • Ability to interface with internal teams including Marketing, Data Intelligence, Engineering, and Product.
    • A self-starter with strong work ethic – goes the extra mile without being asked
    • Operator mindset, you get into the weeds and know how to lead agency teams to execute Chipper's growth strategy.
