Job Description

• First line interaction with customers
• Ensure customer queries / requests/ concerns are attended, documented and reported to management
• Follow-up with relevant department should in case there is any delay, escalate at deviations
• Connect with customers and maintain cordial relations in the interest of the business
• Responsible for Stock and Cash Management at the shop
• Responsible for shop maintenance, and allied activities to ensure Service Standards are not compromised
• Ensure efficient operations at shop by coordinating remedies of issues affecting operations
• Ensure Customer Service attitude is exemplified by actions and initiatives
• Motivate contribution from colleagues to ensure Customer Delight
• Adopt standards for business activities/processes and ensure adherence
• Ensure Daily Operational Reports are prepared and submitted in time

Role/Function

IT support (hardware and software)

Span of Control

The role reports administratively to UNIT HEAD and technically to the GROUP IT HEAD.

Role Objective

The role envisages working with full diligence to support IT functions.

Principal Accountability

This position will have the overall accountability to support IT functions as mentioned below:

• Trouble shoot IT related issues
• Ensure timely support is provided
• Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time

Required skill sets

• Full knowledge of the various functions in IT
• Installations of desktops/laptops/OS/application software and other software
• Biometrics / access control machines
• CCTV cameras
• LAN (networking, laying cables, re-crimping, trunking of cables etc.)
• Communication & Organisational skills

JOB DUTIES

• Assist to prepare site for all substation construction and perform all manual labor functions.
• Design and implement construction of all substation structures.
• Monitor and install various substation equipments and associated attachments.
• Manage and operate all construction equipments and power hand tools.
• Provide assistance to all processes in emergency outages and administer efficient flow of all work.
• Coordinate with departments and dig ditches with help of trencher.
• Manage all off loading of steel from truck for construction activities and lay grounding grid.
• Perform all technical functions at construction site such as hanging trusses and assist to bolt grounds on columns.
• Install AC panel at site and manage hanging of all battery and transducer.
• Monitor installation of all porcelain insulators and perform fencing at ground site as per requirement.
• Complete time sheets and mileage reports.
• Develop and update all time sheets and required mileage reports.

REQUIREMENT

• 4-7years proven work experience as Construction Technician is a MUST
• BSC/HND in any relevant field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years sales audit experience in FMCG environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and auditing software
• Suitable candidate must possess strong communication skills and have the ability to build and maintain a culture of trust and respect.
• Combined experience for audit and FMCG sales execution will be added advantage.
