    Full-time Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Compounding and dispensing medications, as prescribed by physicians.
    • Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
    • Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
    • Conducting health and wellness screenings such as taking blood pressure, temperature measurements, and checking blood sugar levels.
    • Keeping accurate customer records.
    • Ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
    • Managing Pharmacy Inventory and Stock taking
    • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries, maintaining records of controlled substances, charges, and removing expired and/or damaged drugs from the pharmacy’s inventory.
    • Adhering to applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures governing pharmaceutical practice.
    • Performing other administrative tasks when needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
    • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a community pharmacist.
    • Detailed understanding and knowledge of dosage requirements and administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software applications, used by pharmacies
    • Great organisational skills.
    • Strong Operations and Supervisoryskills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Project Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

    Job Description

    • Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project;
    • Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
    • Create Measurable Outputs and Performance Indicators
    • Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project objective
    • Monitor and evaluate overall progress each step of the project;
    • Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly and periodic reports to Project Management Team
    • Monitor the sustainability of the project’s results
    • Recommend further improvement of the logical framework;
    • Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success
    • Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project;
    • Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities;
    • Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks;
    • Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

    Operations & Market Access Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Create strong sales strategy for marketing the health package to corporate organizations and individuals .This can include asking questions to determine clients needs and pinpoint the best offers to them, giving demos or presentations in organizations,
    • Maintaining strong customer relationships.
    • Reaching out to potential leads through a variety of channels, such as email, phone, text, and social media
    • Negotiating with leads and using persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
    • Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time.
    • Provide update reports to VP, Market Access on sales leads
    • Ensure sales quota is being met
    • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
    • Working with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design to optimize sales
    • Collaborate with the Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement the operational plan for the care product
    • Search for and follow up with corporate organizations where medical outreaches can be conducted.
    • Identify areas for process improvement within operations, such as order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
    • Analyse existing workflows, propose changes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Manage relationships with fulfilment pharmacies and other vendors. Ensure timely and reliable procurement, delivery, and quality of medicines and related products.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree qualification
    • Candidates with 1-3 years of Sales experience in FMGC, HMO & Insurance industry are strongly advised to apply.
