What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
• Support the compliance team in monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining compliance with all gaming laws
• Conduct legal research and analyze regulations to ensure company policies reflect the latest legal standards
• Assist in preparing and submitting required reports and documentation to regulatory authorities
• Work closely with different departments to promote compliance and legal awareness across the organization
• Support in managing any disputes or legal inquiries that may arise
• Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and compliance programs

Requirements
What You Need For This Role:

• Law degree from a recognized institution
• At least 4 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably within the gaming or financial services sectors
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to the gaming industry
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research tools
• High level of integrity and ability to act ethically and responsibly
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
