Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Ibadan. We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Medical Officer to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, ensure adherence to clinical standards, and demonstrate strong leadership in supervising nursing and support staff to maintain excellence in service delivery. The role includes performing surgeries, liaising with physicians, and playing a pivotal role in patient care teams. Additional duties include training junior staff and ensuring adherence to medical protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS or MBChB) from a recognized institution.
• Valid practicing license from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Minimum of 1 years of post-NYSC clinical experience (experience in a private hospital is an added advantage).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and under minimal supervision.
• Must have no disciplinary record with any professional or regulatory body.
• Experience and proficiency in Surgery
• Capability in Training junior staff
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
