    IT Wintel Client Service Officer

    Job Brief

    • We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, with expertise in computer systems, networks, and software applications.
    • This role requires problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure.

    Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
    • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems.

    Events Manager

    Job Summary

    • The job holder is in charge of storage control and distribution of materials and equipment according to the company’s needs and customers requirement. 
    • He is also involved in the planning and preparation for dessert catering events, and monitoring of equipment and adhoc staff during events.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that all necessary Equipment needed for events are prepped and ready on time
    • Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately
    • Monitor all ad-hoc Staff and ensure all equipment are handled with care
    • Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back
    • Inspect all equipment after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure accurate number of items are returned
    • Ensure that rentals are done in compliance with the organizations policies
