    IT Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
    • You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages all IT staff.
    • Oversees the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
    • Monitors daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems
    • Coordinates technology installation, upgrades, and maintenance
    • Selects and purchases new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
    • Tests, troubleshoots, and modifies information systems so that they operate effectively.
    • Generates performance reports for operating systems
    • Assures all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
    • Evaluates technology risks, to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • A Master’s Degree in the same field will be an added advantage
    • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, with nothing less than 10 years on the job experience.
    • Experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
    • Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Windows software, including server, office, and exchange
    • Management and leadership skills
    • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to priotize tasks
    • Highly organized and details-oriented.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must not be more than 45 years old.

    Warehouse Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

    Essential Duties

    • Audits and reports inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
    • Manages warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
    • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse

    Spare Part Store Officer

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Objective

    • Entering accurate data from various vouchers and material requisition slip into the ERP for processing, authorization and data management.

    Other Relationship:

    • Sales & after sales Maintenance service, purchase and procurement, security and Audit, workshop, production, steel Factory.

    Responsibilities

    • Timely “Reception on all stock and materials/consumables as stated on the material requisition slip for all in branches request.
    • Responsible for raising manual request on all non-stock items for the store and branch consumption after necessary signatories and authorization in a timely manner.
    • Draft P.Os on all local items and make timely local reception from the ERP on all local request.
    • Timely “Reception” of all “stock in” in case of product return to ensure that physical stock corresponds with system stock.
    • Timely follow up on all branch pending request.
    • Accurate filling and documentation of all “stock in” “stock out” slip and vouchers appropriately.
    • Timely posting of “Reception” for all delivery note, sales delivery notes and waybill for the store keepers to act on.
    • Generate “stock” request on the ERP according to the store department needs.
    • Coordinate “purchase return” process on any sub-standard or wrong specification products from the suppliers.
    • Stock transfer: Generate “stock issue” from the ERP according to the request stated on the “stock transfer request slip”
    • Any other job-related duties assigned by the Manager.

    Educational Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Electrical / Mechanical courses.
    • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in ERP application and Microsoft office.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in hands-on experience performing similar responsibilities in a related industry.

    AutoCAD Design Engineer

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for competent and committed professionals of high integrity to join our winning team. We are looking to hire a competent and experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer.

    Responsibilities

    • Research and review project requirements and design information to determine if it is sufficient to complete the design while ensuring that the design concept can be met
    • Coordinate with other Vendors, Project Managers and Engineers to establish essential functions and deadlines necessary to finish specific AutoCAD designs
    • Delivering design drawings using AutoCAD and understand the documentation of various projects such as classification, labelling and visibility to the Project Department
    • Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final installation
    • Produce and deliver on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary with respect to priorities

    Education / Certifications:

    • Minimum of B.Arch / B.Eng / B.Tech Degree or Degree in a relevant field, e.g Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.

    Experience:

    • 3 Years of Drafting Experience in Telecommunications Industry Preferred.
    • Experienced AutoCAD user, to a high standard
    • Previous experience as an AutoCAD Design Engineer in Telecommunication Industry
