    Inventory Team Lead

    Job Description

    • Lead and supervise a team of inventory officers
    • Develop and implement inventory management SOP’s
    • Train team members on inventory procedures and best practices
    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with appropriate personnel to ensure adequate stock availability.
    • Conduct regular stock taking to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
    • Monitor inventory level to determine inter branch transfer in relation to restocking.
    • Collaborate with IT team to enhance inventory systems or software.
    • Ensure shop floors are audit compliant.
    • Carry out performance appraisal on team members.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or any related field.
    • 3 years’ experience in inventory management preferably leadership or supervisory role.
    • Understanding of inventory valuation methods.
    • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Residing close to the office location is an added advantage.

    Operations Team Lead

    Job Description

    • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
    • Develop and implement logistics processes
    • Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
    • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
    • Asset Management- Asset tagging and monitoring
    • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
    • Fuel requisition, purchase and allocation.
    • Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and equipment

    Job Description

    • Sales reconciliation of sales reported vs Actual.
    • Sales reconciliation of actual vs system sales.
    • Reconciling fast-moving items reported for store branches.
    • Attending to branches utility needs e.g. Electricity, data, etc
    • Petty cash management.
    • Record keeping and documentation of expired or damaged items.
    • Communicating shortages and Pending transfers to the staff concerned.
    • Investigation of discrepancies and issuing prompt resolution.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any related field.
    • 2 years experience as a Sales reconciliation officer preferably or cashier.
    • Familiarity with financial reconciliation methods.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in using inventory management software e.g., QuickBooks, MS Excel.
