    Inventory Store Assistant

    Job Details
    The Store Assistant will support the efficient operation of the store by assisting with:

    • Inventory Movement: Receiving, transferring, and dispatching items as required.
    • Arrangement & Sorting: Organizing stock systematically to ensure easy access and accurate tracking.
    • Documentation: Maintaining records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and item locations.
    • Project Fulfillment: Ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requests from internal teams or projects.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualifications with 3 years experience.
    • Attention to detail
    • Organizational skills
    • Basic record-keeping
    • Ability to lift and move items
    • Team collaboration.

    Salary
    N150,000 / Month.

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to create visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message across various platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual content.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements.

    • Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
    • Good communication and time management skills.
    • Knowledge of basic animation or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

    Print Production Services Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Print Production Services Officer plays a key support role in coordinating and executing all aspects of print production. This includes assisting with scheduling, vendor management, quality control, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of printed materials.
    • The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide backup support in managing day-to-day operations.
    • Assist in coordinating print jobs from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
    • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
    • Monitor production schedules and update stakeholders on progress and potential delays.
    • Review and verify print proofs for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.

    • Support procurement processes by obtaining quotes and negotiating with suppliers.
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and environmental/sustainability guidelines.

    • 2–3 years of experience in print production or related role.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with print production processes, materials, and equipment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat).
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
