    Communication Intern

    The opportunity

    The Communications Intern will be responsible for assigned communications roles including supporting the execution of the organisation’s communications strategy, social media strategy, managing organisation’s prioritised social media channels - including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn. S/he will liaise with the Communications Advisor in providing support for the different thematic functions at Plan International Nigeria on publications, social media, publicity & press relations to drive the advocacy arm of Plan International Nigeria.

    About You

    • We are looking for applicant with Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications and Multi-media Design, Communication, Journalism, Mass Communication or Media and Society Studies or related field with at least one (1) year experience in the field. 
    • The candidate should be competent in providing creative design solutions, working directly with clients and delivering within budget and timescale. S/he should demonstrate proven experience/portfolio of using Adobe CS software, specifically Illustrator, In design, Photoshop and Fireworks.
    • The candidate should have good experience working with IDPs, refugees and other vulnerable populations.

    Adolescent Wellbeing and Youth Engagement Intern

    The opportunity

    The Adolescent Wellbeing and Youth Engagement Intern will support the implementation, coordination, and evaluation of programs and initiatives focused on sexual and reproductive health. This role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in program development, community engagement, and advocacy within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

    About You

    • We are looking for applicant with Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
    • The candidate should possess at least one (1) year of experience in program implementation, research, advocacy, or community engagement within Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH), Gender, or Youth Development projects.
    • S/he should possess previous experience directly providing services to children at risk and victims of abuse, exploitation and violence. The candidate should have good knowledge and understanding of the DO NO HARM principles and established international child protection standards (especially UNCRC).

    Monitoring and Evaluation Intern

    The opportunity

    The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Intern will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project. He/she will develop a systematic monitoring framework to improve the qualitative and quantitative evidence gathered by the Project. He/she will also provide technical assistance to the Plan International implementing partners, particularly in relation to monitoring, reporting and governance issues. He/she develop data management system for the project that can be systematically monitored and inform monthly and others reporting frames.

    About You

    • We are looking for applicant with degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Information/Data Management Science, or related fields. 
    • The candidate should possess at least one (1) year of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Management, or Humanitarian projects. S/he should demonstrate good knowledge and skills of Information Technology, in order to support the development and maintenance of database system of the project.
    • The candidate should have good knowledge and understanding of the DO NO HARM principles and established international child protection standards (especially UNCRC).
