    Implementation Manager

    Location: Ajah, Lagos

    Job Purpose

    • We need an Implementation Manager to have an oversight of the deployment process of the company platform for various clients - from the signing of the necessary paperwork to Go-Live.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure adherence to procedures and availability of necessary resources
    • Develop strategies that increase the efficiency of project delivery, reducing roll-out time and improving outcomes for both the client and the company
    • Document and communicate Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for successful implementation
    • Engage customer representatives during the implementation process to ensure satisfaction with progress
    • Ensure smooth transition to operations by overseeing the provision of adequate post-Go-Live support
    • Liaise with the Business Development and Software Development Teams to ascertain scope and specification of new deployment projects, and so allocate adequate time and manpower resources for successful project delivery
    • Provide day-to-day direction to Project Managers and cross-functional Implementation Teams
    • Schedule and manage multiple deployment projects, enabling each one to be delivered per specification, on time and within budget
    • Work closely with Project Managers to identify potential risks to successful project delivery and develop mitigation plans as required

    Educational Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • At least five years of experience in a fast-paced project management role, including experience successfully leading teams
    • Prior experience with hardware, systems, and software implementation
    • Microsoft Office qualification (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Ms Project)

    Business Development Manager

    Job Purpose

    • We need a business development manager to significantly increase the brand’s identity and market share in the business service.
    • Also, build market position by locating, developing, researching, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in all sectors for the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively sell the company’s estate management solution (and prepaid utility meters) to facilities/property managers, residents associations, real estate developers and other operators of residential and commercial communities
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referral-based strategies
    • Manage relationships with facilities/property managers, residents’ associations, real estate developers and other decision makers in territory defined and agreed by the company
    • Administer assessments to learners to determine baseline academic performance
    • Understand customers desired outcomes and how to leverage technologies to assist in optimization
    • Develop and submit comprehensive proposals based on assessed needs of potential clients;
    • Using a consultative selling approach to properly qualify and align the needs of the customers
    • Present the highest level of professionalism and passion through presentations, marketing materials/events, quotes & proposals
    • Identify fora where key real estate stakeholders meet such as conferences, symposia and other meetings and create opportunities for company to showcase its products there
    • Compiling and presenting sales reports
    • Perform other duties as may be required.

    Required Experience and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
    • Flexibility and adaptability to new situations and challenges.
    • Minimum of 4 years in Business Development in related sector.
    • Must have or be working towards a professional qualification.

    Accountant

    Location: Ajah, Lagos

    Job Purpose

    • The Accountant will take responsibility for the entire accounting needs for the company, liaising with auditors to ensure regulatory compliance where required.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile financial transactions as required
    • Prepare Asset, Liability, and Capital Account entries by compiling and analysing account information
    • Summarize and analyse financial status by preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and other financial reports on schedule
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analysing account information
    • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
    • Secure financial information by completing database backups
    • Provide technical support and advice management on accounting-related matters
    • Review and recommend modifications to company accounting systems and processes
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
    • Provide input into company goal setting and forecast processes
    • Drive internal and external audits to ensure compliance
    • Support month-end and year-end close process
    • Provide relevant training to members of the team as required.

    Educational Qualification & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience
    • Special licenses or certification is an added advantage

    • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
    • Advanced user of accounting software and tools
