• User Training: Train staff on the effective use of ICT tools and applications to enhance productivity.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
• Project Management: Manage IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors for ICT-related products and services.
• Knowledge Building: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and recommend relevant improvements.
• System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ICT hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

• Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans for both mathematics (algebra, geometry, calculus) and physics (mechanics, electricity, thermodynamics) topics.
• Explain complex theories and formulas in clear, understandable terms, using real-life examples to demonstrate practical applications.

Student Engagement:

• Facilitate active learning through classroom discussions, practical laboratory experiments, and engaging projects.
• Create a stimulating and fun learning environment that inspires intellectual curiosity and encourages students to work to their full potential.

Assessment & Feedback:

• Assign and grade homework, tests, and other assignments to evaluate student understanding and mastery of content.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their performance and achieve academic growth.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
• Manage student behavior in a way that supports a positive and productive learning environment.

Collaboration & Professional Development:

• Parent & Staff Communication:
